I Love smoothies,I was visiting from Saint Louis and we swung by Playa Bowls and it was Delicious 🤤🤤🤤 girls there have been super Friendly and Sweet 🫵🫶 We will be there Again soon..... Highly recommend checking it out. Cheers 🥂

Out of all the playa bowls locations this spot is definitely my best experience i ordered a stupid cupid bowl with no cacao nibs and as i requested i got exactly what i ordered the staff was super friendly Brittany was very professional and very friendly im so grateful for how i was treated definitely recommend this location even though its further away from my area but definitely worth it !!!

I know they were busy but they never called out my name. Then the girl with the blonde hair gave me an attitude and said “your bowl is here.” After I tipped 20%… I paid 18.42 to get a melted bowl bc they let it sit out on a hot day like this. Not cool.

Ordered at the counter. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody else in store. Employees were just hanging out in back. Finally asked if they were shooting on our order. They didn't know anything about our order. Finally pulled it up and apologized, then started making it. System is obviously flawed. Won't be back.

I have tried almost every other açaí bowl place in the surrounding area and Playa Bowls knocks it out of the park. The choices, portions, and taste are unmatched. Absolutely love this place for their amazing bowls!

We enjoyed our Playa Bowls order last weekend, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. While we generally had a positive experience, we were disappointed to find that the extra items we paid for were missing from our customized bowls. We understand that mistakes can happen, especially with custom orders, and by the time we realized, we were already a distance from the store. Despite this oversight, we still appreciate Playa Bowls and will likely order again

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is horrible and will never go back. They are horrible to their workers and also customers, I don’t think customers want to see that or need to hear it. They need to get some new workers or something because they are not 5 stars workers and that’s for sure. There was also hair in my food. My drink tasted like kitty litter. I would not recommend this place but have fun when you go!

I have been to this location twice and unfortunately had a bad experience both times. It is disappointing because I live in the area and wish I could enjoy this place. The first time; I ordered a smoothie in store and waited about 20 minutes as it was a busy day. I left with the Aloha smoothie (i believe) and was met with swallowing chunks while I got in my car. I spent some time googling consistency of Playa bowl smoothies and decided the price and wait was worth me going back inside and they did quickly make me a new one. Most recently I ordered a smoothie on Ubereats pickup and I waited 22 minutes for it to be ready. After 20 minutes the girl realized she had forgotten to make it and made mine quickly. Just be ready for long wait times regardless of business of store. Many reviews complain about the cold air instore, and I overheard guests complaining, despite one of the employees wearing micro shorts.

I always come here for the Pacific Bowl, it’s the perfect post-workout treat. I’ve never had an issue either, it’s always consistently well-loaded with toppings that taste fresh regardless of what time of day it is, and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes for my bowl. On my last visit a couple of weeks ago, the music was nonexistent, but today it was on and set the mood in there a lot better!
