This is my favorite Poke City location. It’s a great place to dine, and the staff is kind, patient, and helpful. Heads up, every poke bowl comes with a cup of miso soup, which is a nice bonus.
It’s a great fast-casual option. The bowls are fully customizable, but they also offer curated bowls if you want something easy. I’ll definitely be back!

I mean the food is good, the portion sizes not so much. You're gonna pay around $20 for a bowl that's a lot of rice. Prob find a diff poke spot next time
Absolutely delicious!

Top Tier poke bowl. It's my go-to when I'm not feeling great. Tried and true at least 20x. So many tasty ingredients. Truly made with love and you can tell! Thank you so much for being here <3

This is one of the best poke bowls I’ve ever had because their sauces are amazing. It’s also a lovely place to dine in because the vibes are *immaculate.* With most fast fresh spots, you walk in and are hit with a cold blast of overly aggressive AC and the sound of Benson Boone or the like blaring through the speakers; a lifeless and antiseptic experience where you are happy to take your fresh food and leave as fast as you can. Not so with PokeCity! Maybe *hygge fresh* is a more apt name. The staff is kind, patient, helpful - going down the line of poke options feels something like being a kid in an umami candy store. Plus, a bow comes with miso soup. You quickly forget about the cold, harsh reality that awaits you outside because the temperature of the restaurant is set to something comfortably not too warm or too cold, it’s homey. Soft jazz at a reasonable volume adds to the coziness, and, perhaps PokeCity’s biggest crowning achievement, their faux grass astroturf floors. It strikes the perfect medium between bare, hard floors that would feel sterile, and carpeted floors that would feel questionably unsanitary for so much foot traffic. The creators of Meow Wolf would be impressed, I think, by the subtle whimsy. You feel both indoors and out, both cozy and yet still clean. The islands are calling. Well played, PokeCity, very well played.

The place is really well decorated, love the vibe, the poke was phenomenal, especially the citrus shoyu. Though it is on the pricy side, I'd say it is worth it.

Regular customer = 40+ visits over 5ish years (plus a decent amount of visits to other locations)
The person (middle aged man, average height, with short black hair) that now works there, who has only been around for maybe a year or so, continues to short our orders while rushing through the process. Tonight I walked in and I was the only customer in the restaurant and while I was already ordering he stopped to accommodate 2 separate individuals that walked in. He treated all 3 of us as if we were together even though I was already a 1/3 of the way through the steps. He couldn’t keep everything straight and skipped a step for me, which when I pointed that out he became irritated. As always, I asked for both the spicy aioli and spicy sesame sauce options to be combined, an even bigger frowny face ensued. Next up, I do not get any of the 3 salad scoop options and enjoy getting some extra veggies/fruit. Extra ginger? Here’s half a serving. Regular cucumbers? Here’s a serving for 3 bowls. It felt like spite. For my final toppings he slopped it on as fast as possible, but only added the spicy cheetos and forgot the fried onions. Then before I could even figure out what had happened he wrapped up the bowl with the side of soup and asked for payment. No mention of if I wanted a drink, chopsticks, or sauces. I then called him out for being the ONLY person that I have ever encountered at this place to be shorting portions. I do not even get 50% of the options and he has never been able to fill up a bowl halfway. The biggest reason we love this place is the stuffed bowls full of ingredients.
Poor service. Poor portions. Poor representation.
If you see this worker, as I have talked about multiple times, you should just turn around and walk out and save yourself the frustration. Maybe I will not give it another wasted effort next time, but I continue to be a sucker. If anyone else is working, your bowl will be well worth the money and not some half empty scam!!!

Pokecity had no customers. We ordered a pizza from next door and we were waiting for it and sitting in their chairs for 10 minutes... The were about 15 chairs none were being used. We had two people.
They asked us to move. The guy was quite rude. Won't eat here if that's how they treat people.

Would be higher if rice wasn't undercooked. Paid 25 bucks for a large with add ons and at the least you would expect the rice would be cooked properly.
Basic inside seating area for casual dining. Really good portions!
