They have the BEST build your own poke bowls! I love that all of their ingredients are always fresh, delicious, and healthy. I have been eating here since I first moved to Colorado in 2018/2019. I live 30+ mins away now and still drive to this location at least once a month. I swear no other poke place compares. 10/10!

Immaculate and well decorated with so many tasty options to customize your poke bowl. Great fruited lemonade too!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sauce options- sesame tamari was delicious!

Parking: Parking lot was busy but not full.

Absolutely incredible food from this place with a lot of variety because of the chipotle style ordering process. Portions are great for their price + the fact that you get miso soup alongside it. The wait is never that bad and the line goes by quickly. Great staff that are all incredibly competent and nice.
