So I tried the chicken dippers and they were good but they charged me 6.99 which I didn't pay attention the 1st time I got them. But they were good so I came back to get another but this time I was paying attention and when I said that the price is saying 3.99 the manager said they are 6.99 I told her the sign behind you is saying 3.99 u have to give them to me for the price you r she said it was wrong and it's ringing up as 6.99 I told her regardless u have to goive them for the advertise price she refused and just decided not to serve me. Very disappointed

Came through drive through and instead of a nice service they hand my husband food without acknowledging him and just close the window. We waited because we wanted ketchup. Second Lady came I asked for ketchup- she place it in the bag and as I was about to say something she didn’t say have a good night just walked away. Rude. It was 2 ladies in the front and it’s 7.38pm. First teach them about good customer service. Also put a smile and greet your customers, end of day it’s what you’re getting paid for.

Horrible service, lady did my order wrong I got the Freddy fazbear deluxe box gave me only one item in the box, went back in the store to get it right and younger female said oh no it’s correct you only get one chicken tender like that is totally not what it says on the menu, get it right people seriously 😐 just terrible never again- very disappointed

Got really bad food poisoning from here I had to go to urgent care I am never eating here again
In the last 3 months this location has gone so far down hill, they got all 5 of my last orders wrong or missing half the food.
Today they gave me someone else's order and then refused to give me my correct order. The manager said I should be happy I got anything at all and cussed at me in Spanish to leave.
There were 3 other people in there with incorrect orders they refused to make right.

I go on around 2:05pm today and order a 3 piece. There was an older lady and a younger lady with glasses the girl in the glasses digs around pick up the smallest legs shows the lady laughs and put it in the box. She then picks up half of a thigh shows the other lady then says in Spanish should I give him this one too the other lady said yes and she put it in my box. This was unacceptable and very bold to do that in my face assuming that I don't speak and understand Spanish

I hadn't eaten at this franchise for a long time due to a serious problem, but today I decided to return, and I made a good decision because the service from a guy named Diego was essential in deciding what to eat, and the food is excellent, much better than other Popeyes restaurants.
