The lady with the ponytail who wore a black shirt and blue jacket on 4/2/24 was very ignorant. We walked in, and she was sitting down with someone at a table. She didn't immediately get up from the table. It was like we(customers) were interrupting her chat session. She comes to the counter and doesn't greet, but immediately states, "You can only use 2 coupons per person." I stated, "okay". Then she says, "No 2 per group total." I never stated what we were ordering. She decided to say something because I had a coupon in my hand. I've heard of 1 coupon per person, but never 2 coupons per group. It was something made up. I didn't say anything, but okay. I write reviews for situations like this. If you don't like your job, get a new one, get a better one. Ppl like her with nasty rude attitudes will take the little authority they have and use it any chance they can. If you feel like working fast food is beneath you or a low-level job. Go get an education instead of taking your meaningless frustrations out on customers.

love Popeye's chicken and i have tried this store several times since it opened and I got to say... Drive on by. I find placing my order difficult if I can't understand the person taking my order and most of the time they get the order wrong and my children don't like spicy tenders after asking for classic. Popeye's should be the first to go auto order on computer screen or deploy AI as the employees here are not very I.

I went out of my way to go to the Lakeside Popeyes. The reviews were the best there. The food, chicken, mac&cheese and mashed potato’s were very good! The kitchen was clean and the employees seemed to be happy ?I would have given 5 stars ⭐️ but they forgot my French fries. They did give us 4 drumstick instead of wings, so I let the fries go. Plus yo fat to drive back. The women at the front was so very kind. She understood what I wanted and gave me a drink while I waited!
