Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Worst service ever, I ordered online live about 20 minutes away. When I arrived the lady at the window said we don't have your online order, I gave her order confirmation she finds my receipt so food wasn't ready I had to wait. The food itself was nasty chicken was rock hard no ice in my soda.

This Popeyes specifically has and continues to be an amazing experience.
I always forget to get the girls name who works the drive through window , but her customer service is amazing and has kept us coming back to this location. Food is always consistently great.

Update . Went again today. Found out the girls name is Jackie, she is amazing, got a little sad because it seemed like her boss was being hard on her ( maybe bad day ) but , Jackie shined through it with the smile we know

Great customer service and not long wait both in and drive.

Chicken was a bit on the dry side but still decent. They were out of Diet Coke which is a crime against my middle-aged womanly self.

Ordered online and they didn't have what I ordered, when I asked for my money back they refused and stated they would give me extra pieces of meat, that they also didn't have, then I tried to buy strawberry pies and he charged me for and then he tells me he didn't have them and again refused to give me my money

Pathetic workers. Pathetic food. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

General Manager of this location please educate your employees the importance of serving fresh food not old food especially chicken. We as customers are not trying to get sick and have to miss work due to this Popeyes serving us old food and when you mention it your employees act like they do not understand English. Remember this is America where English is the first language. But please educate them on serving fresh food, that also lower Popeyes from getting sued or havin to pay hospital visit bills amd time off work we miss do to your serving your customers old food..THANK YOU

This is the type of fastfood restaurant where they make you feel welcomed..
The cashier was a great listener. She got my order correctly the first time. So if you feel there is a language barrier ... You must have went to the wrong Popeyes!
The employees are good at there job. Will be returning to this Popeyes!!!

There is a male cashier named Marco, he was the one taking my order. The service he gave me was wonderful, he treated us the way you should really treat a customer, very kind offering what he had and solving the little issues with my order, very great service

One star is too much for this place I ordered 12 wings, red beans and rice, and Mac and cheese. The girl at the window and cook laughed at each other before handing me my order (I should've known something was wrong). The wings were so burnt you wouldn't feed it to an animal, and no red beans and rice, not like I'd eat it. Don't trust this place. I feel very disrespected

I placed an order ahead of time, came thru drive thru for pick up and picked up, and still got the wrong order. Before leaving, i always check because it's been done multiple times. And sure enough, it was wrong again. I get off my car with the order and the guy who's at the window and putting it together are laughing. Even if ordering in person at this popeyes the orders are wrong all the time. I don't know if this staff they have now, but it wasn't like this a year ago.

Nobody in line and it still takes almost 5 minutes to get greeted. Did not even get all the food I ordered. Since my mobile order was already made, the food that I actually got was cold.
