My wife and I stop in to get lunch it wasn't to busy that day.We were standing there at the counter for around 25 minutes they were helping other customers and just ignored us,so we just went somewhere else.This was years ago but we still remember that's why I'm writing this review.please don't ever eat at this location!

The staff is a joke. They completely messed up my order. I got warm iced tea, the wrong sandwich, I was completely missing my biscuits, and have a container of mashed potatoes.

Sofia, was extremely rude she had food on her nails and eating while taking our order, I understand we have bad days but her attitude was unexceptionable she was also on her personal phone while getting our order . We definitely won't be back.

We ordered the family tenders dinner that comes with two large sides, biscuits and five dipping sauces.
After picking up the order, we noticed there was only one side and it was a regular size.
We did get 8 dipping sauces but not the ones we asked for.
I understand it is our fault for not noticing one side was missing and the other side was not the size we paid for. The misstep with the dipping sauce is not a real issue but it does speak to the restaurants attention to order accuracy.
Charging $25.99 and shortchanging people is disappointing. No need to send a generic reply from management, like you have to others, as we will not be coming back.

Had to edit my review. Not sure what happened but the crew handling the store in the evening is not maintaining the standard this place usually keeps.

Incorrect food, cold chicken, fries were clearly old and cooked with old oil. Super disappointing. Honestly kinda concerned about food poisoning at this point.

The chicken was dry and tough. I was not given the sauce I ordered. The coke machine wasn’t working. I asked for a Diet Coke at the counter and was given regular coke classic. No napkins in the lobby. Kinda wish I skipped the fried chicken lunch splurge and just got a sub.

Jackie deserves a raise. She was the kindest person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to the food was a regular Popeyes but the service was better than Chick-fil-A. PAY JACKIE MORE MONEY
