I heard they had the best brisket in town here so I decided to order some brisket for dinner. I ordered through a food delivery service so not sure if that played any roll but the brisket I got was mostly fat and I couldn't get through it. The sides I got were solid; mac & cheese was great but dang, the brisket was disappointing. Hopefully it was just a fluke, I'll try other items next time.

Solid mid-Texas style BBQ. If you go with a group they the family meal. 4 meats, 3 sides, 6 cornbread muffins. Solid BBQ. Brisket, burnt ends, turkey and pulled pork (haven't had their ribs..... yet). The bacon Jalapeño Mac n cheese is awesome, so are the Brussels!

This place is the shit!!! Don’t eat elsewhere for bbq. U don’t realize how good this place is till u eat bbq in Texas, it’s WAY BETTER. I am super huge fan of Post Oak and love all their meat and atmosphere. Everyone is so damn cheery and it’s the sweetest thing ever. Love the atmosphere and great ppl. Post oak ON TOP 💯. I know price is expensive but it’s worth every damn penny

Amazing and probably the best barbecue in town! We enjoyed beef brisket, pork belly, chicken wings, okra, collared greens and the Dino rib!! It was super crowded, limited seating available. We dug right into the food and forgot to take photos! Best most tender barbecue ever!!

The Pit Masters here are on point, perfect balance of smoke flavor and juicy tenderness. Got the pulled pork Carolina sandwich and had them put on some of the Fantastic brisket on top, soooo much flavor. And they have Shiner Bock on tap Texas Heaven! The Front of house are awesome Friendly too. A little bit of Texas on Tennyson.

Post Oak Barbecue absolutely crushed it for our wedding. The food was incredible. Since our wedding, we’ve had multiple guests tell us that it was not only the best wedding food they’ve ever had, but honestly some of the best food they’ve had period.
These folks know how to do BBQ—like real, authentic Texas barbecue—and it showed in every bite.
The standout favorites were the brisket, the turkey, and the gooey butter cake. Everything was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served beautifully.
