This is the BEST brisket I’ve ever had! Sides are amazing too - cornbread with honey butter and the fried okra were perfect. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond with their customer service. LOVE the military and first responders discount.
I quit drinking almost six months ago, and it is a huge source of anxiety when going out to places that have a bar. I didn't experience any teasing or unprofessionalism regarding my sobriety, everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the food is AMAZING.. if you do drink, I'd recommend asking what the whiskey of the month is, or what brand the servers/bartenders like.! Be prepared to leave with a heart full of laughter, and a bag full of leftovers, because you will NOT be disappointed.!Kid-friendliness: I dont have kids myself, but the workers are very professional and see their customers as family. I don't see bringing kiddos for lunch or dinner as being a problem.!

Came in for a late lunch while in Denver and was not disappointed. I grew up in NC and lived 13yrs in Texas...huge BBQ fan and cook of both NC & TX BBQ. Trust when I say it's worth your time to check this place out. We have lived in CO for 13yrs and have been on the hunt for good BBQ that I don't make myself.. This is the first time I have had pulled pork at a restaurant outside of NC that was good. It was a legit NC style pulled pork. Brisket and Turkey were also very good. Sides: Jalapeno mac-n-cheese and fried okra also good. Will definitely be back the next time we come into Denver.
