I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a large italian sandwich with avocado to share with a friend, but what I was served was completely unappetizing. The avocado slices were gray, mushy, and clearly not fresh (see photo). When I politely asked about it, the staff refused to remake my sandwich or offer any real solutions. The employee working behind the bar said all of their avocados “look like that”, and probably wouldn’t be able to find a better avocado or remake the sandwich. After showing him the avocado, the employee cut up another avocado that was much less brown (but still not fresh) and put it in a cup, suggesting that we scrape the old avocado off the sandwich and put on the new sandwich. He was rude and unwilling to help. He continued to stare at us until we left.

I think it's disgraceful that this restaurant chain only allows people with potbelly's to come in. What if you're healthy and slim? Why can't they eat some of your delicious sandwich's? Oh- I get it. It's because I literally can't fit in the front door or I would get stuck. Please install wider doors please. Reminds me of hoola hoops. I tried one on the other day and it stuck.

Very good sandwich shop in University Hills Shopping Center. There is a good selection of sandwiches, soups/salads and other things. The tuna & Swiss was excellent especially as a half sandwich paired with a cup of chili. The sandwich was toasted and delicious. The chili had just the right spiciness for me. The portion size was perfect for lunch for me. I also liked the strawberry milkshake which had a lot of flavor. Even the cookie which came with the shake wasvgood.
Service was very good. They were polite and kept the line moving even though it was busy. They were all smiling too. The place has a lot of indoor seating as well as some tables outside. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.
There's a lot of parking in the vicinity of the restaurant, but it was congested at lunchtime today.

Places I love continue to get worse and worse. Im sure people can live without the person making their sandwich scratching their butt, touching everything around, pulling up pants(get a belt) and then proceeding to touch all the ingredients for my food. 🤮 idk what happned to this location but it needs to find some better quality employees.

Always have a fantastic and pleasant experience coming here. Specifically from Preston and Seth. I come every other week probably and the service is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and the food is just dang good. Couldn’t recommend this location and their employees more!
The sando the lovely guy behind the counter made for me tonight was honestly delicious, absolutely awesome customer service too. Give that man a raise!

I go to this location pretty often and I just want everyone to double check your food! Something is always off. And don’t come in the last couple minutes they will turn you away saying their “closed”

The guy that took my order on9/20/2024 wasn’t friendly and the woman that made my shake put one of her gloves inside my shake. I’ve been to other locations and those are great, but not going back here again.

Heard about this mom and pop store from a coworker. Had to give it a try for myself. Drove and hour and a half just to try their "ham & swiss" and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. If you ever happen to be in the state of Colorado, I would implore you to check out this nifty little hidden gem!
