Heard about this mom and pop store from a coworker. Had to give it a try for myself. Drove and hour and a half just to try their "ham & swiss" and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. If you ever happen to be in the state of Colorado, I would implore you to check out this nifty little hidden gem!

Love their food, but slightly disappointed the last couple times I’ve visited. New girl (short, brunette) doesn’t pay attention to orders, so be prepared to repeat yourself and still get your sandwich wrong.

Rude staff they put lettuce on my sandwich and I specifically asked them for no lettuce and they when I went back into address the situation he was like well there’s lettuce in the peppers. No, there were so much lettuce on the sandwich and I couldn’t pick it off. I just walked out angry. I’ll never come back here.

The customer service that I experienced today was exceptional!!I ordered in the Potbelly app for delivery and the DoorDash driver stole my order. Obviously, that sucks and extra sucks when you’re busy at work. I called the Potbelly and not only did they remake my order but, they went out of their way to hand deliver it to me. I’m in awe. It’s rare anymore to be shown that type of service. Made my day and restored some faith in humanity.As always, the food was great too!

I feel like anyone with dietary needs or restrictions is ignored here. There have been several occasions where I’ve gone here with my husband and they mess up his sandwich order putting dairy and or meat on it. And just lastnight we ordered delivery and it was super cold (hard to believe) and my sandwich had extra hot peppers on it and not lite like I asked for. Which just made my meatball sandwich almost inedible with how spicy it was
Vegetarian options: My partner has ordered the Mediterranean veggie (vegan style) and it has been delivered more than once with chicken on it.

Only my 2nd visit to any potbelly, and first to this one. Good sandwich. Apathetic staff (esp the girl with the pierced face who looked like her puppy just died) blasted the worst rap, or whatever it was supposed to be, much louder than the overhead music. Couldn't wait for my party to be done so I could escape.If I come again, it'll be pickup oonly. If.
