“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

“Good pretzels in shopping mall food court. The cinnamon bites are good as are the plain with a cheese dip. They also have a few other snack items.

Service is fast and friendly. There isn't any dedicated seating but there are tables along the food court including some near the dinosaur play area.

There is a lot of available parking in the mall garages.“

“I loved my burnt pretzel, it tasted like the fine pretzels I used to get in Heidelberg as a child. The whim in the voice of the cashier brought a tear to my eye, as I feeling homesick for the bricked streets of Germany 🇩🇪. The glow in the wetzel pretzels cashier’s smile eased my homesickness'. The pretzels did cause me an issue with my bowels. My movement became watery I brought a sample ( in a plastic bag) to my doctor and he said have you been to Wetzels so I’m only giving two stars out of five. Everything else great no complaints.“

“This location is part of a Paradies shop and when we dropped in they were well stocked with Pretzels and Pretzel Dogs. I particularly enjoy the Mini Pretzel Dogs for a quick snack before boarding another flight. While the food is good I suggest you purchase water at another site as the cooler there is out front and open and the water is not that cold. Plenty of other places to grab your water if needed.“
