Showed up at 730am on a Sunday. Chairs and tables were dirty. People who work there clearly don't care about it. There's no changing tables for a baby in the restrooms. Go to Dandy Lion a couple blocks away, it is infinitely better
Kid-friendliness: Not toddler friendly. Stairs leading down with no barrier whatsoever, no changing table. Huge potted tree in the middle of it for your kid to scoop dirt out of.
Regular coffee as really good, but their decaf just tasted like burnt beans.

One of their menu items hasn’t been available for months at either location. You can’t call to see if it’s available because nobody answers the phone. You have to email or leave a message in which you never get a call back.

I really enjoy coming here. Typically I'm picking up coffee for customers. The service is always great. Nice atmosphere. The only negative is the parking and getting into the parking lot from the street.

Very interesting experience, pulled up to the drive thru. Thought that was kind of nice for a local place. Pulled up and read on the menu there was homemade syrups so I asked when I got to the window about the homemade syrups. Didn’t really get a lot of eye contact or even hey what’s your name for your drink no dialogue really, Just rude and quite dismissive. needless to say, I won’t be back for a seven dollar cold brew.

First and last time here. Service was the worst I’ve had at any coffee shop I’ve ever been to. And the latte, if you can even call it that, was straight milk, no syrup even when I asked for hazelnut, and had what seemed to be no espresso. What an insane rip off.
Terrible service, long wait time , terrible coffee that tastes like just milk. Bunch of kids working here just standing around doing nothing. Won’t be back

pretty disappointing for my first visit here, went thru the drive thru this AM and it took them 15 minutes to get my 2 coffees (i kept track). About halfway in someone came to the window and asked if i had been helped and it still took them like 7 mins to get my two coffees. Disappointed i tipped!

I regretted tipping before I got my drink. Took 20 minutes and multiple times asking to get my drip cup of coffee.
Absolutely amazing coffee shop. Got the gingerbread late, the best I've ever had .The breakfast burritos so delicious. The service amazing Ari was so sweet and helpful.

Decent coffee but I’ve stopped 4 times and each time the customer service has been lacking. There is no “welcome in” vibe whatsoever from anyone behind the counter and I felt like I was interrupting them to place my order.

Good vibe and seating isn’t crammed together like so many coffee shops.
