Staying at the Hilton and was able to get some quick food (crispy chicken sandwich and a bowl) up to the room after a long travel day. The food was fantastic. Above and beyond what we thought we were going to get.

Stayed at the hotel and wanted to check out the bar/ dining area. Frank took good care of my friend and I, food was great. In the pic they split the katsu for my friend and I, it was delicious! Mac and cheese was decent too very rich. Will be back to see him!

Our server was fantastic!! We went down for breakfast the last morning of our stay. The eggs Benedict was some of the best I have ever had!! The fruit instead of potatoes was an up charge, but absolutely worth it! My husband's two egg breakfast was tasty too! We liked the decor and the comfort of the high tops.
Wildly high prices for what it is. Despite plenty of staff, I waited a long time for someone to give me a menu. The food was fine, but nothing like what I paid for.

It was during March Madness on the big screen in front of us but the service was quick and server took the time to describe certain items on the menu that we thought we would order. We had the East Coast Caesar Salad, the truffle burger with homemade chips and steamed mixed vegetables. There were two of us and we split these 3 items between the two of us and it was plenty...no room for dessert! For the cocktails, we had the Nola Colada...too sweet IMO.
I saw a cockroach on the floor walking by as I ate. I ordered the New York steak which was totally flavorless. It came with a side of Mac & cheese that was not worth the calories; also very flavorless. No bread was offered and when I asked for some I was charged for it. Nothing here was worth the price. I paid around $60 with tip and the steak was really subpar. I regret this outing. The service wasn’t memorable either.

It was a fabulous recommendation from a local tour operator. Would come back to Colorado Springs just to eat here! Above and beyond expectations!
Tried it. Service was very good and waitress was on top of things. The tacos (I had the carnita tacos) for the price were simply nothing to rave about. Very dry and bland even after dousing them salsa and lime juice. For the price and small portion I expect a little bit higher quality.

Came here on Thanksgiving day. Got the fried chicken sandwich and wasn’t that impressed. Chicken texture was odd like chewing on your own finger… didn’t even finish the sandwich. Prices are way too high.

We were there for a special Santa breakfast event, so maybe your experience will differ if you're just eating there at a normal dining time. But WOW this was the most overpriced event I think I've ever been to, and I live in Denver so I know overpriced events. The buffet food was mediocre at best, and for the 40$ a piece for adults there's just no way to make up that money in eggs and overdone bacon. They also are very deceptive in how much it costs, because they charge you a “reservation fee” per person which sure seemed like it would be the whole cost of the event because the price was so high. But then no, they charge you the “remainder” when you get there, so it doubles the price. Then they ask for 20%+ for a tip, which for us was $40 for bringing us water (coffee was on the buffet). In other words, total rip off. Will not be doing this again.
The service was fantastic! Huge projection screen for watching sports. The food was delicious- so much better than what you expect at a hotel. We will eat here again.
Thanksgiving meal was very high quality and well-prepared. Excellent service. Environment needs updated.
We had Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing!!! The food and service was excellent and would recommend. My son was not able to join because he was sick. I asked if I can pay for a small carry out of turkey and mashed potatoes to take home to him. The waitress was so embarrassed to report the manager said NO, they can pay another $50 if they want a meal. Not the Hilton way.
