First time at Proto’s - can’t believe we haven’t tried this local spot! Great food - 10/10 would recommend the CLAM pizza they serve on Fridays. Service was awesome, our server had some solid recommendations. Cocktails tasty and not too pricey. Will definitely be coming back!

My partner and I are coming from out of town and found this cozy and warm pizza place. Everything about this place felt welcoming and on top of that we had an amazing server! Steven was wonderful and on top of his game. He even gave us amazing recommendations to check around town while we are here. Also don’t get me started on the food, the savory panini and The Atomica pizza were so good. Best pizza in town for sure! The cerebral beer was very light and easy to drink too. The cannoli and tiramisu are a must order, very good and not too sweet and just the right amount of goodness. Thank you Steven for making our first night in Denver amazing!

This is our second time at Proto’s - if you are anywhere near downtown Denver, it’s worth a trip! Everything is super fresh and the best thin crust pizzas you’ll find. Zach was our server both times and he has 100% positive energy. The Traffic Jam is my favorite and the pesto sauce is awesone.

My family and I ate here on October 12th, 2024. We all got food poisoning, including my 8-month-old, who bazooka puked, and my husband, who was sick for a little over 24 hours. My cousin contacted the health department because we were trying to pinpoint what made us sick. They went out and investigated, finding several violations that would create E. coli and other foodborne illnesses. We will never eat here again.

Walked in here by accident while I was bar hopping. Sat at the bar and the food was amazing, service was exceptional left and right, and evy was super clean! Will have to go back.
