I feel lame leaving a 5 star review for a 3-1/2 star place. I need to be bolder and stop liking everything. I actually don't see why the hate. Like what are people criticizing? It's a nice place to come and hang. It's big, roomy, well built. Food was not the best on the planet but not bad. I have a feeling people don't come here for world class dining though. I had a good time.

Pretty cool place. Decent service, most of the food was pretty good. Overall, good experience and appears that it would be good for adult time or a family night with a mix of bowling, games, etc. My only gripe is that we had a party of 11 and they only brought six plates for appetizers. Good service other than that.

We recently went here with friends for drinks. We love the original Punch Bowl on Broadway so figured we'd like this one too. Seemed smaller and much more crowded though. On top of that, we sat down near the bar area, waited for 5 minutes before a server came up to us, ordered drinks, waited another 10 minutes, and then cancelled our order because they never came. Maybe it was a one off experience but figured they'd be ready to serve guests at 8pm on a Saturday night.

Very good. The sriracha peanut fries were awesome! Chili was good as was the Mediterranean salad. Cocktails were nice. Wish we could go up in the old airport tower!

This is a great place to meet with a big group of friends. I loved the nachos, carnitas tacos, and falafel burger. It's great for kids a over-grown kids with all the games and bowling lanes. The milk shakes are a sight to see - very creative flavors!
Fun for everyone! We had a private event upstairs, service was tremendous, with constant drink fill-ups. Excellent variety of fresh food. Then... We went down to the milkshake bar... Wow! It's expensive ($18) but worth a treat.

We went for Valentine's Day and it was a great experience. The waiters were kind and the atmosphere fun and hip. The price was pretty steep but worth it for a night out with a full punch bowel to ourselves (neat menu item). The food was unique and gourmet healthy. I miss when minestrone was on the menu though! Maybe you can still order it even thought it's not on the menu, not sure. If the bowling and/or arcade were full size, it would have been 5 stars.

A friend tried to make same-day reservations for one of the private rooms. Although the room was available, my friend was told that he couldn't reserve it because reservations were only for planned events. Why on earth would you not allow non-planned event folks to reserve a private room? We're planning a get-together, after all. Hence the reservation. Not a fan right now just on this policy alone.
