Workers are so rude. Waited in line nearly 20 minutes starting at 12:30 and the line was wrapping around the entire dining area. I finally get to order and they don’t have any cholula chicken so I politely ask if I can get a discount because they were telling me it would take 5 minutes for them to make more. I was busy and in a rush also having waited 20 minutes I was frustrated so i refused and insisted I get a discount. The white guy who’s balding (might be a manager) , I don’t know his name, started raising his voice at me and being condescending so I returned the energy and told him working at Qdoba is all he’s good for, which is true. “I’m doing 5 things at once.” Not my problem, that’s what you’re hired to do so do your job and stop being rude to your customers. Time is a valuable asset. Last time this location will receive money from me.

the employees are rude as hell there, so don't have the audacity to go in and order food!

Went in on my lunch break to get me and my co workers food, the cook made a smart comment and said ya were open everyday at 10:30 with a smart tone, like what did I do? Then I told the lady I wanted a burrito and bowl she turned around to heat up the burrito and I stood there and the cook made eye contact with me and said he acts like he never seen a girl before while in line he said it 2 times and continued to go on. I don’t know if he’s in a romantic relationship with the burrito girl, but good lord get it together bud ! Am I supposed to look down while in line ?

I've had hit or miss experiences at this Qdoba, but today was so poor, I felt inclined to leave a review. One thing that has always bothered me about this location is that they do not serve the impossible meat over breaks, including summer, even for the duration of classes. I try to limit the amount of meat in my diet, so it's very disappointing to not even have that option available to me. Today's review, however, is prompted by poor service. I want to preface this by saying that I have worked in the food industry for over 4 years and understand that everybody has bad days; however, in my experience, it is never appropriate to project those feelings onto the customer. In short, I can sympathize with them to some extent. When I come to this location, I get the same thing every time: an impossible bowl with the same toppings. Toward the end of the line are things like guacamole, corn, lettuce, etc. I only get guac and lettuce, so I asked for them both at the same time. When the employee added guac and no lettuce, I asked again for "lettuce too please". They gestured toward the entire line in front of them and shook their head and told me "What you see is what you get". I then explained that I thought maybe there was lettuce sitting at the bottom of its usual container, but the fact that I even have to explain that at all to a rude interaction on behalf of the employee is rather astounding. Like I said, I sympathize, but this was beyond inappropriate. Food was mid, service was worse. Sad that there aren't any other good options on campus. Will remember to meal prep for the entirety of the summer until graduation

I went to the store yesterday and Brandon who is an employee was completely rude ! I asked for a tortilla heated up on the side, he rolled his eyes and said " you should have told me when I first started so I didn't have to walk to the other side" I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I'm confused cause isn't this your job? And This isn't the first time. I've had a terrible encounter with him, he and the brown hair girl always gossip, talk behind ur back , make rude comments, and they roll their eyes a lot and make it feel like im irrtating them for ordering food. I dont even want to come back. How do you work at the university with professors and college students If you're not going to bring a positive environment to the school? Based on countless negative reviews on employees, something needs to be done. The attitude, the rudeness, the eye rolls , hearing the rude comments as I leave and saying rude comments to customers faces needs TO STOP.

3/8/23-Just your average Qdoba. The staff were nice. The product tasted just like what you can get at other Qdobas.

The workers were rude and I was given the wrong order and didn't know until I got back to a different building on campus. Won't waste my money ever again.

Drove here today and all the doors are locked and the website says it's open. Complete waste of time and gas.

Not good. Every single time I have come here the worker with the amber hair and her friend with the dark hair are very gossipy and rude. Each of them have made rude comments to me, and for how expensive it is to eat here, you would expect the customer service to be good. The food is decent but not for the price.

Not a real qdoba, they don’t take rewards or follow the regular practices that makes qdoba so awesome. Also a little rude. Just walk the extra 5 mins to the one on market st
