It was my first time eating Qdoba last night. I have to say it does top my chipotle experience. However, my boyfriend told me that a lot has changed. For example, they don't serve you free chips anymore - you have to ask for them, they no longer serve the famous Stacker, and they also have eliminated their notorious salsa and sauce bar. I understand the pandemic has pushed for stronger health standards, but there was no option for me to even try out those salsas. These adjustments may seem minor but I feel as though they would have enhanced my experience. The food was good and the meat was lean. Customer service was alright.

First of burrito wasn't wrapped right it was ripped falling apart, Guy barely put any rice and beans and chicken burrito should've just gone to Santiago's to get a small burrito if I was the case and didn't heat up the tortilla long enough it was cold when I was eating it and I went back and said something he didn't seem to care. So out 12 dollars don't go here

This place was fine. I ordered the protein chicken bowl and it was skimpy. As she was making it I noticed it was looking thin. So I checked with the employee that I requested the protein chicken bowl which should receive “double” the meat and “double” the veggies. She explained that it means it should receive “more”. Well I didn’t argue with her and just accepted the minimal amount given. But I won’t be back.

Ordered a burrito bowl that was delivered by Uber eats. It’s completely inedible (nothing Uber did wrong, was made with wilted old lettuce, about 1/4 cup of water floating in the bottom, brown guacamole). Horrid. Won’t be going back.

Ordered a $200 meal, and half the order wasn't delivered. It was delivered by Door Dash, whose job was just to drop and go, so the blame is on Qdoba! When we contacted Qdoba, they questioned whether we were really missing anything. They then informed us that they had no delivery drivers to bring our 5 missing items, then hung up on us. We had to drive to the restaurant, which delayed our family meal. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Hours says they are open until 11pm. I was asked to leave because dining room closes at 10pm. They need to change their hours displayed.

One of my favorite Qdobas to grab a mini bowl with my daughter after a long day of coaching. This staff is always super nice and the guys that work there at night never skimp on the mini bowls. Also located in the Northfield area so can always grab some ice cream within walking distance after or even make a quick stop by Target before heading home. If you're looking for an affordable quick bite be sure to check out this location! Much better food for the money than Taco Bell or Chipotle (in my opinion!)
Food was good, fast and filling. It was a Friday nite, music was bouncy and loud...we were the oldest folks in there (60s). I didn't have the beef it looked overdone and dry. Chicken was OK.

AWFUL!! The food at this Qdoba was disgusting. I visited this location this week and ordered a burrito. The flour tortilla was hard. The rice was dry and the chicken was disgusting. Also the guy the wrapped my burrito did an awful job at it. I was disappointed. Do not bother going to this location.
