I’ve been coming here for years and the whole team is always a pleasant trip always good to see everyone effort and work is definitely on point…some shout outs so far from the members I have gotten to know Pilar, Nau, Maria doesn’t matter if it’s morning or night crew everyone have always been a pleasure to be served by 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our pick up orders are never correct. The ticket lists everything that needs to be inside our burrito but once we get home and eat it. Half the stuff isn't inside. So unfortunately we have to go in and make sure we watch them put everything inside so ordering on line is no longer an option.

Based on the photo and the description provided, I ordered a pepperoni pizza; however, you delivered a cheese pizza instead.
I contacted your business more than five times to report the incorrect delivery. Despite this, your representatives stated that I had not placed an order with Pizza Hut and that my order did not exist in your system. This claim is factually incorrect, as I possess the order number, delivery address, and contact phone number, all of which are clearly documented in the confirmation email I received from your company.
This conduct demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and a failure to honor a valid customer transaction. I went to place a takeout order around 9:15 p.m. and asked for the bathroom code. I was told the restrooms were being cleaned. I placed my order as usual and noticed that the person cleaning had already left, so I asked for the code again. I was told once more that they were still being cleaned, even though there are two restrooms and they are cleaned separately. Eventually, one of the staff members was very kind and gave me the code, even though another employee said no and gave her an uncomfortable look. I was then able to use the restroom.
When I exited the restroom and was heading to my car, I noticed they had already started mopping from the entrance door inward. Although they placed “wet floor” signs, there was no alternative entrance or exit, so both I and other customers had to walk over the wet floor, risking slipping.
I don’t think it’s appropriate to start this type of cleaning between 9:15 and 9:30 p.m. when the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m., as it puts customers at risk. I hope this can be improved for safety reasons.

Ordered on DoorDash twice in the last month. Both times forgot my soup. Ordered a diet soda and got regular. Called to ask for help and a man named Jose was so rude to me and told me I must not have seen the soup in my bag because he “knows” he packed it. Asked to speak to a manager he gave me someone named Manny who brushed it off and said to call door dash for my money. So rude and not even an I’m sorry. Terrible job waste of $35

The strong faced lady named ana was rude as hell. Completely rushed me the whole entire time “anything else” after i had a question about anything they had. First time trying it I’m not even from down here and the service was terrible. I didn’t tell her to apply , get her application reviewed , nor accept the job. very weird.

The service I just received, reminded me why I stopped coming to this particular store. My family and I had been faithful customers at this location, but service got bad and the food quality went down as well. They messed up my order, refused and to remake it! I see from another post a few weeks ago, it’s not just us they’ve treated like trash. It’s a shame when you have to go away from your neighborhood, in order to receive the service you deserve. This is one of the reasons my family and I do give business to other places.

Good food and quick service. Unfortunately the ice machine was broken when I went and they didn't have the lemonade/ limeade options I've seen at other Qdoba's, but the food was still good!
