I stopped by today to pick up five lunches for some coworkers and myself. I arrived just before the high school rush hit—right as I was ordering, a wave of students came in. Unfortunately, they were out of brown rice (which I needed), and they ran out of pork while I was placing my order (also something I needed). I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for the pork to be replenished. Then, while the students were ordering, they ran out of white rice too.
So you might be wondering why I’m giving 5 stars overall and 4 stars for service, despite the shortages and the wait. The answer is simple: Miriam. She was single-handedly managing in-person and online orders, working so efficiently that the kitchen couldn’t keep up with her pace. Through all the chaos, she kept a smile on her face and stayed calm and kind with every customer.
Thank you, Miriam, for your incredible work and positive attitude—you made a tough situation much better!

I appreciate coming to restaurants that are so helpful with my celiac disease. The gentleman who put my food together was very knowledgeable on what has gluten and what doesn’t. Love the experience and the friendly service!
