I arrived at the store and waited by the pickup sign. The cashier would not even acknowledge me. She rang up endless walk-in customers without even glancing my way. Left after 8 minutes.

whatever kids yall got closing always unplug the sign over an hour before you close so they can sit down and look at their phones and it makes it weirdly uncomfortable to go inside lol

I was out running errands and if you’ve been on colfax, you know there’s no good place to stop for the ladies room around here. Having had good experiences eating at qdoba, I thought I’d run in and ask to use their restroom. They said no bc I’m not buying anything. I thought we all know the real reason bathrooms on this street are locked and “only for paying customers”… it’s not because of people like myself if you know what I mean... Just ridiculous and sad to see what the world is coming to.

Jimmy John’s next door let me use theirs though!

Food just isn't as good here and the service is kind of slow. People are nice though.

I'm confused as to why this location has such bad reviews. I have lived here for over 2 years and ordered from them at least 10 times and only once did they ever make a mistake on my order and it was a really minor one at that. I get good service that is fast and reliable, which is exactly what I expect from a Qdoba, so I'm not sure what other people seem to expect. Special shout out to the staff since I'm sure they don't get paid a lot but they are always very friendly and kind. I always tip 20%, maybe that's why I get better service? The extra $2-3 goes a long way for them and it adds up.

This is my first time at this location, I love Qdoba, especially their quesadillas. I got the THINNEST quesadilla EVER! It barely had any cheese! Good amount of steak but no cheese! I usually save half because I get full but this time I finished my meal, wtf! 😭

Today, June 17, 2025, at 2:09 PM MDT, my visit to Qdoba was nothing short of a disaster. It's rare that a dining experience leaves such a sour taste, but this one managed it with flying colors.
A Dismal Descent: Qdoba's Grim Demise
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was as uninviting as a stale tortilla. The woman working the line, whose name I unfortunately don't know, wore a permanent look of disdain that made me genuinely uncomfortable. It was so off-putting, in fact, that I actually felt compelled to tell her to smile a little bit. I'm there to enjoy a meal, not to feel like an unwelcome intrusion. Her demeanor alone was enough to curdle my appetite.
This isn't the Qdoba I remember. The last time I came here, the crew was friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Now, it feels like a completely different establishment. The vibrant energy that once defined this place has been replaced by an air of apathy and what felt like open hostility.
I don't know what happened to the old crew, but bring them back! Their absence is sorely felt, and it's clear that the current staff is not upholding the standards I've come to expect from Qdoba. This experience was a stark reminder that good food can only go so far when the service is so utterly devoid of warmth and professionalism. Unless significant changes are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a monster burrito and got just what I ordered. The meat was cooked well and all the fixings were fresh

Parking: The parking is located to the south of the building it is quite limited due to the Jimmy John's next door and other shops only one or two spaces available near the front entrance of the Qdoba

Wheelchair accessibility: The Qdoba was completely handicapped accessible with ramps leading up to the door and wide entryways. It also had wide areas between tables necessary for easy navigation by a wheelchair

Arrived at 10:30AM, but the doors were still locked. I was able to get the attention of the employees and was ignored. I waited almost 30 minutes until I Decided take my business elsewhere. Website says they open up at 10:30. How is that the customers fault that they’re not prepared.
