Has gone way downhill in the last 6 months. Food flavor not great, taste like they are leaving it set out too long. The RBF making rice seems to be doing the same thing when I come in, and all the tubs are full while she is back making more

I only come here because it's the closest one, no one is ever eager to help, they wait to see if anyone else is willing to help so your stuck standing there a bit, & I'm sure the old happy employees left because these new ones suck! and are rude! And they act like they can't hear you and just hate taking your order, there's only one guy that's still nice there but he is not there all the time, I love qdoba but ima have to start driving far now just avoid these new employees 👎
Don’t order online from this location. You won’t receive what you ordered. My simple burrito was missing four ingredients that I chose. Like four out of five were wrong. No salsa, no sour cream, no queso, no tortilla strips. They also added ingredients that I didn’t choose like onions somehow…which I really despise. I hate pico. It seems like they pretty much make whatever kind of burrito they want to make and then have that delivered.
I chose here because as we all know chipotle has gone downhill, but I still got the same poor service and complete lack of attention to what I paid for. I’d skip if I was you. Not at all worth the money or the time.

I go to this location a lot but last night might be the last time I go to this location or Qdoba at all. The staff is almost ALWAYS rude but I'm not sure what happened with the portions. Did they get even smaller in the last couple weeks? The burrito was so skimpy that is was flat and the bowl like half full. I kept for asking for an extra scoop and the guy working got an attitude every time he asked for more. Either their portions got extremely smaller or the guy working was trying to make the food stretch until closing. The "birria" shredded chicken tasted really weird, something dog foodish about it. It ruined both meals.

Only way to get proper scoop of meat is to pay for double. Just change the regular price to $14 since a grown man can’t eat like a baby.
