I came to the drive through and was told it would be a minute. I waited, patiently and was told I would need to come inside to place my order. I asked why he said he had a lot of people inside and was working by himself. I asked how many people? I was willing to wait but he stopped responding. I drove around and looked in , it’s the short skinny guy with the bowl cut, only one person with a child was inside ordering. I drove back around and he told me he wasn’t going to argue with me, I needed to come into place my order since he was by himself. What’s the point of a drive through if the employees refuse to service it?

Came here for my wife's birthday outing she loves Qdoba. It was a hot day about 98 outside feels like 110 out. Not only did we end up spending 41 dollars for 2 cokes and 2 burritos (rediclous might I add only steak burritos) we asked for an ice water to give to our service animal and was charged 4 dollars for it. Obsurd . With no where to sit inside we were forced to take our meal outside. All surrounding restaurants have outdoor sitting areas except here so I was inclined to ask Jimmy John's if we could use their table and chairs to eat. Without a single issue we were told we could. As we're eating they actually brought out a complimentary ice water for our service animal. I made sure I tipped them well for their generosity. It upsetting the lengths these companies go to save a dollar today. When you pay 4 dollars for a small cup of water it's sad. I hope the owners take this review and maybe use it for bettering their customer service it's not always about the time the customer is in front of you it's about how you get them to continue to come back. In this case Jimmy John's will be getting my business.

I don't like Qudoba's flavorless burritos. Never have been, thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday's, I received a $5 dollar off reward, that's the only reason I purchased from this restaurant the portion are very stingy!
