The only issue was our server. She admitted she was new. She did not know what drinks. liquor was available and had yo go back & forth to the bar several times to check. The drinks were very slow in coming throughout the dinner & & we had to look for our server and ask her to come to the table. S he looked hassled. The food was good. Most of the drink were good.
The veggie fajitas here are our favorite - such a wide mix of vegetables. Throw in some tasty ceviche and delicious margaritas and it's an excellent dinner out. We first came here to use our Denver Dining Out book and continue to come back.
The restaurant has great colors and lighting. The open concept means the noise is at a reasonable level even with a full house. Service was great. What we loved were guacamole, the queso birria tacos, the vegan tacos and the plantains. The items that were okay were the adobo tacos and the molotes (which the teen described as a fancy jalapeño popper). The churros and margaritas were good.
