Delicious side of plantains! And this is coming from someone who usually doesn’t care for plantains/chokes down a 0.5-1.0 bites when it’s available. Delicious fresh coconut juice out of a coconut! We brought the shell home to have at the flesh with proper utensils. Lastly, delicious and generously stuffed arepas!

Very good food...lovely staff...great music. The type of cultural gem this part of town needs more of. Welcome Quiero Arepas!

This café style spot will not disappoint with their food selection. Gluten free? No problem. Plant-based diet? No problem. Welcoming and clean-this spot is also one of the only places to get fresh coconut in Denver! Give it a try, dine in or to go.Dietary restrictions: Due to the type of food served-this place is 100% Gluten free

Very filling arepas served in a casual counter service restaurant. Highly recommend the Domino for vegetarians, as well as the passion fruit juice!

We tried Quiero Arepes for the first time and are hooked! The bread was toasted to perfection with delicious, mouth watering, fresh ingredients, filled to the brim! The plantains, avocado, black beans, and green sauce are a taste sensation that will fill you up with delight and keep you going all day long. Since two of us are vegans, we both had The Original, while my husband tried the El Caribe, in which he loved (and so did our cat, who attacked him for smoked salmon upon his arrival home with leftovers.) My only complaint about the restaurant is there was no music playing so we could hear everyone’s conversations in such a small space. Would love it if they played some Venezuelan music to set the vibe all day long!Vegetarian options: The vegan arepa is amazing!

The arepas were delicious and as they’re gluten free, it’s great that we could all enjoy it as a family. The mozzarella cheese was very fresh and the plantain and avocado along with the beans in the crispy, tasty corn shell made for a delightful eating experience.Dietary restrictions: The dishes are gluten free
