2xs I have tried to order Quiznos. First time my sandwich was soggy it was drenched in dressing. This time I ordered my sandwich toasted with dressing on the side.
They forgot to give me the dressing on the side and my sandwich was totally burned, black burned . I am appalled.They even wrapped the sandwich up and delivered it to me this way. Also ordered bacon for Uber 2 bucks and I got nasty bacon bits.And about a teaspoon of it. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Won't be back again.

I ordered a kids meal, turkey and cheese, Dr. Pepper and cookie. The Dr. Pepper was pure Syrup no carbonation! No cookie in bag.
I also ordered another Sub sandwich which was okay but over toasted. I was unable to call the store because the number would not connect.

I came to the Quiznos location 4505 Perioa St in Colorado. I tried to call the location there was a problem with their phones receiving calls. I called Brighton location to asked them how much for lobster classic double meat in a salad he told me $14.10. I go to the location 4505 Perioa St two ladies working no one said Hello or geeted me. There was a child with tablet or laptop sitting at table figured it was one of the employees working today. I asked the lady that came to register if if was possible to do Lobster classic in salad bowl large she going to tell me it's $16.16 I told her I was told it was $14.10 at other store. Instead of honoring the $14.10 for having to come all the way up their to get the sale and keep a customer she did nothing to try to keep a happy customer and I left without getting my meal. I am a diabetic and now I had to figure out plan B. I called them starting at 5:18pm (5) times and got to store and left at 5:55pm poor customer service.
I went out of my way to get lobster sandwich since store close to me doesn't offer. I ordered thru app. Seen bags behind counter. I was informed someone took my order. No it was given away. So they went to make my sandwich. Ran out of lobster. Watched lady cun tub of mayo in half then pour mayo into lobster container. Apparently she put to much bc she took some out with her hand and put back into mayo. I informed them.that was cross contamination. So they said they were out of lobster and i would be refunded. Can't call store bc it says do complaints on line. Emailed about my refund a couple times. No response. I will have to dispute with bank. There's a reason yall closing down Quiznos shops and this is the reason. I'm never going back to Quiznos. I hopefully yall.the next to go bankrupt

Been a long time since I’ve come across a Quiznos so I felt the need to stop by. Well made and delicious.
Order taker easily distracted making the wait for ordering longer than necessary

I enjoy Quiznos and it's hard to find one these days it seems. Consistently good sandwiches and usually a quick delivery. Sandwiches have definitely changed from what they used to be but they're still filling.

Haven't been to Quiznos for quite some time and was reminded why. Quality of food and taste has been lost to a deep degree
