What is going on in this neighborhood?? TakeOut and TO GO orders never right! We ordered inside. 2 Box Combos (4 piece chicken, fries, coleslaw, bread) $24. Cashier opened both boxes and checked order. However got home and had 1 four piece and 1 three piece meal. It seems there is no quality control and no one cares. Chicken fingers were small and fries minimal. This location was great when they first opened. Portions are smaller and just not worth $12 per meal. I'm not sure what is going on. Take out portions and quality very different from eating in store. Clearly there is no standard. More $$$ yet less food and less quality. So disappointing!

Chicken tenders on the box meal were off the chain. Loved it and all the time i get this, they make it great with the garlic bread.

Everyone who works at this place is stale if you forget to add a sauce they make a huge deal about charging. As if I’m not eating 20$ chicken what is another 40cents. Tenders are always on the small side. Better canes locations.

Kid-friendliness: No atmosphere for kids but my kids love canes chicken. Would be nice if they had a setting for kids.

Make sure you get your credit card back in the drive through!

Really loved the chicken here and sauce was delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take my credit card back from the drive through (was in the same order window as the food since it was late at night). I called the next day and they said they had it and I could grab it when I returned a few days later to head back to the airport. The morning I was flying back, I got notified a $246 charge was attempted from my account for a purchase on iherb.com. I had locked my card so it was denied. I went back to pick up my card and two of the employees were really nice but when I told the male manager(?) this, he was super dismissive, said the card had been in the safe and asked if could it have been stolen online somehow. This has never happened in the 7 years of me having a credit card, so that would be a crazy coincidence.

Of course it’s my fault for forgetting my card, but it almost seemed intentional that we waited for our food and it finally came out and they said thank you bye, hoping I would forget about the card maybe? Especially considering the fraudulent charges afterwards, pretty suspicious. 5 star food, 1 star for whatever scam bs they put me through

Came through drive through at non peak hours. I only ordered 3 3 finger combo's with 3 sprites. Simple right? Well, i Waited for 5 minutes at the window only for the employee to hand me 2 or the 3 combos I ordered. She then tells me to pull over and park at the to-go area to have the last combo brought out to my car. Well after waiting another 8 minutes and seeing 4 other cars drive away with their food. I walked in to ask where my food was. It was sitting on the counter cold with a note on top stating the make and model of my vehicle. Employee was not willing to remake or give me anything extra for waiting for so long....

Staff is super rude! We ordered our food ahead of time and chose the drive thru to pick it up. When we arrived, they told us we needed to come in, but we were already waiting in line and CHOSE the drive thru option on the app. If they don’t allow the drive thru option, they should remove it from the online ordering. We waited 25 minutes for fast food with the mobile ordering.

for the caniac combo being almost $20 you would expect some bigger pieces. most of the pieces were just breading and just as small. the fries you could tell were old and just fried again. waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for mediocre food. honestly the worst canes i’ve been to.
