I ordered on DoorDash, which was probably my own fault, but they gave me a small instead of a large drink which I was charged for they didn’t include my sauce which I paid for and on top of that their cane sauce taste, bitter and rancid. Also, I asked for no fries extra bread, but they gave me fries

I just ordered for a dine in, simple order, I just got two box combos with no slaw extra toast and paid for two extra sauces. My partner came back outside with our food and both our plates didn’t have extra toast. I sent him back in to ask for it with the receipt. How are they gonna lie to his face and tell him that the extra toast is there when it isn’t? Why is it so hard to honor that?

My initial order had gotten mixed up with another customers order. I was very impressed by the managers professionalism in resolving the matter, and how effective the resolution came.Mistakes happen, but mistakes can also be fixed, efficiently and professionally .Everything worked out pretty well in the end and I look forward to coming back to this establishment .
What a ripoff first time getting cane's in over a year and the chicken fingers aren't even half the size they used to be yet charge more now for less food!

GOOD FOOD ! THE BEST CANES IVE EVER HAD .. They were fast and the food was good and actually crispy ! Not how other canes be soggy , this canes was the best ever ! I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE !
Terrible location terrible food terrible service.. chicken fingers you can eat in 2 bites, 3 day old Cole slaw, bottom of the barrel crinkle fries and to top it off they charge for a condiments to eat their food.. won't be back!
