Today I was kind of hungry for some ramen and most places were closed, luckily I found this place so I decided to go try it, I think I found my favorite place to eat something delicious late at night, the food and service were more than excellent, I will be back soon!

I really hate to leave a one star review, but I feel strongly misled by the previous ratings. I actually was under the impression that this establishment was a ramen joint, given its business name. However, the restaurant is one and the same restaurant with two different names- Ramen Moments and Sushi Moments.

We ordered the spicy miso ramen and spicy cream ramen and were incredulously disappointed. While I already anticipated being served chicken instead of the traditional Chashu, I didn’t expect to be served the thinnest sliver of chicken possible. Each of the bowls came with three extremely thinly sliced (2mm?) pieces of dry chicken breast, probably equating to less than 0.5oz of protein each. The broth was less than mediocre; there was no hint of miso whatsoever in the spicy miso bowl and the spicy cream ramen was just that- spicy, creamy broth. The bowls were sprinkled with about 5-6 baby spinach leaves and a teaspoon of canned corn. The noodles were surprisingly cooked well, but that was probably the only redeeming quality of this overall poorly executed meal.

Was the spicy miso ramen worth $17? The spicy creamy ramen worth $19? Absolutely not. It doesn’t even include an egg. For a party of two, we paid $36 + tax and tip to essentially just eat noodles. Take your money elsewhere for better and fresher quality ingredients. Based on our experience tonight alone, we will not be returning.

TLDR; Service was fine and servers were friendly, but don’t come here for ramen.

We ordered take out so your dine in experience may be better. For reference my favorite Ramen is Rakken Ramen in Boulder. First The ingredients were all super fresh but the overall dish flavor was lacking
It was good but not great. Added salt at home and some soy. Wanted it to be better.. maybe I should eat in next time.

Smallest amount of meat. 2/3 pieces of dry chicken. Guys. Portions are way too small. Don’t want to give a 1/2 star since you’re new. But think about it

I almost didn't order from this place because it was a ghost kitchen. I'm really glad I gave it a shot. It's takeout only but the containers are high quality and sturdy. The food was still hot after 20 minutes, and delicious. Presentation was beautiful, ingredients were high quality and delicious. The takoyaki was amazing, spicy ramen was fantastic, and I got a free order of the sesame balls. Portion sizes were generous and prices seemed fair. Will probably become my go to ramen place 💛

Ghost kitchen open late! My ramen (spicy miso) tasted unusual, but the karaage was tasty.

Wow!..Saturday night, 11:30pm, just got done playing a show at Seventh Circle across the street- my wife thought Raman would be good…yes!, but where do you find ramen that late? We decided to check out Raman Moment- It’s a ghost kitchen, so you scan a QR, pick out food and wait- we chose the Spicy Miso Ramen and Tankatsu Ramen…Wow!!!!…everything was the best…great containers, full utensils (chopsticks too)and a reusable bag—-the Ramen was amazing- fresh, delicious, perfectly prepared and still hot when we got home…we had just spent a month in Japan and this food make us ache to go back- hands-down, best Ramen in Denver we have found

I ordered Gyoza and the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen. Everything was very good with the exception of literally one bite I had that was fish cake. I was really enjoying the Ramen so I wasn't closely inspecting it. I took a bite and it tasted like I put an entire fish in my mouth. I normally don't enjoy eating fish so this isn't a negative comment about the restaurant at all, fish cake was mentioned as an ingredient so it was my fault I didn't remove it. It was just an unexpected sudden shock that was way too fishy for me. I don't even know what fish cake looks like or what I ate but i found it surprising that I only tasted fish from this single bite. After that I was scared I was going to unknowingly eat more fish cake but that never happened. The rest of ramen was delicious.

Great food and I will be ordering from Ramen Moment again I'll just be sure to specify NO FISH CAKE!

I feel very happy to have visited this place.
It was 11 at night and I couldn't find any open ramen place, I finally found this kitchen and I loved its food.

The hot and sour miso ramen has a flavor that I've never had before in ramen -- it has a nice spicy kick to it. Portions are great and left me full. A MUST TRY. It's a ghost kitchen so it's all to-go, but ramen at home is a great combo.
