Ramen Star is my daughter’s favorite restaurant in Denver! We come on birthdays and always bring out of town guests. The kids plate and the veggie buns are some of our favorites. The new summer menu has a really great cold noodle dish. Our server Brian was extra helpful today. We’ll be back for the second Monday date night special!

Another wonderful meal with the new summer menu. Cold noodles were perfect for summer and I have to get the Momo every time (chicken thigh Yakitori). No one in Denver has yakitori so it’s a real treat. Brian was supper polite and attentive and knowledgeable about how the interesting Japanese dishes. This isn’t just a ramen spot anymore.

This our new ramen spot! Amazing service by Brian, he was extremely attentive and friendly. As for the ramen, wow! Their noodles are made in house and they’re not too soggy (like other Ramen places) they have the PERFECT texture! I got the spicy miso and it was the perfect serving size. All of the ingredients and toppings complimented each other very well and didn’t take away from the very flavorful broth! We will definitely be returning!

Had a fabulous first time experience at Ramen Star. Tried out their new brunch menu and LOVE these Japanese souffle pancakes. Temaki, buns - it was all delicious. Can’t wait come back for dinner. I also tried their Corn Potage soup and am a little bit in love - would be so fire with ramen! Brian was amazing - thank you for the wonderful service.

Love this place so much! Came for brunch and the Japanese pancake was amazing, light, fluffy and the whip cream was so good. The katsu sando was really good too. The staff is always so friendly, Brian was super nice! ごちそうさまでした!

This is my favorite Japanese Ramen restaurant I've been to in Denver! They make there noodles in house along with many other additions. The dinner menu is excellent and there brunch menu is just as delicious! You can get japanese pancakes topped with amazing toppings and whipped cream! The katsu sand is also a great choice to handle your savory taste buds.

Got the corn potato veggie ramen. My friend got the truffle ramen. Both were so delicious ! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered it for takeaway and I think I should get a refund it was so bad. The oil made my stomach hurt after only a few sips, it was half oil half tonkontsu broth I was really disappoint and I spent 54 bucks lol

We had the truffle ramen and the tonkotsu ramen and both were excellent. Their ramen noodles really make it. We got takeout and were missing one ramen. When I went back, albeit rather annoyed, they were super accommodating, gave me a beer on the house and sent me home with my original order, netting us an extra ramen. Mistakes happen and they more than made up for it.

There were so many fruit flies or gnats landing on me and my water. It was gross. The restaurant smelled like sewage and the heat was at like 75 or more degrees. It took about 5 minutes for to be acknowledged by the single waitress. I got the truffle ramen since they didn't offer tonkotsu. The noodles were very good, the broth was so so, the pork was fatty and I couldn't eat it all. Service was slow since there was only 1 server. She didn't see if I needed anything else after my food was delivered. I wouldn't eat here again.
