Hands down by far the worst green chili I've ever had. I have never seen a meatless green chili ever. No meat at all, no pork whatsoever.. it was made like if it was gravy. For a LG.10$ for what? I took a chance stopping in on a snowy day, came in specifically for green chili, wanted to make chili fries. Sadly to say, big time disappointment.😔

Rancho Alegria is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Colorado! The authenticity of the food is unmatched. Each dish is bursting with traditional flavors that transport you straight to Mexico. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit a delightful experience. From the savory tacos to the mouth-watering enchiladas, every bite is a culinary masterpiece. If you’re looking for genuine Mexican cuisine, Rancho Alegria is the place to be. Highly recommended!

It was the best and favorite of my giblets. This is the third time I've bought so far this year and the truth is I'm not going back. The Menudo is cooked very quickly, almost raw, they give it to you, they didn't wash it well and it no longer has any flavor. The previous time I forgot to order the pata separately and ate there. Well, if it was three spoons of Menudo, they charged me for the extra pata and gave me much less Menudo. Today they didn't even give me lemon, it was for me to go. And equally raw and super big The pieces. By doing more they do less. I hope my comment helps you improve.

The only delicious thing is the Menudo because the truth is the breakfasts are really bad, several times I have already regretted having breakfast there.

I bought it for the first time in this place and it was horrible. It has NO flavor at all, plus they gave it to me with a hard bread that still had butter in it that wasn't even melted because it was so cold, HORRIBLE service, Expensive, not at all. I recommend .
