Visiting Denver for the first time and thought this would be a great place. They offered spacious suites. The room was spacious. The first issue is parking. There is no convenient solution. There is a lot next door cheaper than the hotel valet, but good luck getting in there after hours. Our biggest frustration was the lack of hot water. I see this has been an ongoing issue based on previous complaints. The balcony was nice but it faced the employee parking lot and back road. So nothing enjoyable about that. The majority of the staff do not speak English so this made it harder to communicate our needs.Someone named Chris did attempt to compensate us for the issues, but I have yet to see any receipts or credits to my account. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. I don’t think I will be recommending anyone to stay here.

The staff was PHENOMENAL, everyone was so sweet and attentive, I stayed there during a snow storm and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. The hotel itself is gorgeous, I was obsessed with the fireplace and the sitting area in the lobby. The food at the restaurant attached, Gattara, is also great (some of the best fries ever, ordered them every night), lots of choices and great service. Was in town for a conference at the convention center and it was easy to walk and drive there from this location. I would absolutely go back.

My only gripe is that not only did they not have any luggage carts available, they didn't even bother to look for any. what happened to guest services these days? other than that its a great place with an amazing pool!

We stayed at the Warwick hotel for 5 nights. We decided not to rent a car since the Warwick hotel only offered parking for $35 per night.Location:- Location was nice. It was within 2 to 3 miles of the zoo, botanical garden, aquarium, Ball Arena, and other downtown attractions.Hotel:- The hotel was decent. It was older but upkept well. Nice lobby with a fireplace and the rooftop heated pool was nice.Room:My wife and I got a King sized bed. Plenty of space and the outdoor balcony was spacious.Restaurant:The hotel give you 1 free drink coupon for each night you stay. The restaurant was over priced for what they offered. You can find cheaper and better value around the city.Service:Front desk staff and cleaning crew were great. My reason for the poor review is that we got hit with an $104 undisclosed amenity fee after our stay. They said that went towards the maintenance of the roof top pool (which we never used) and the "free wifi" that the offer. We were on a tight budget so this was detrimental to us.

Our room was warm, comfortable and spacious. All of the conveniences provided worked well for us. Decor was classy and tasteful. The view was beautiful. A snowstorm hit and we had to extend our stay. All staff were very helpful and cheerful. We very much enjoyed the rooftop pool and the fireplace in the lobby.

Have been visiting this hotel off and on for years. Has slipped alot over the years, overall cleanliness in the rooms to quality of food. Was a favorite for a quick getaway but will not be coming back unfortunately.

Just got back from my stay, and the "Urban Retreat Fee" is as junk a fee as it gets. I've never had a hotel charge me a fee like that before, and they'll say it's for "complimentary features", but are they really complimentary if you're charging $20 a day for them? Cmon guys, just bake it into your prices, what's a complimentary breakfast at virtually every other hotel costs $14 here. Nobody wants to do business with someone who nickel and dimes at every opportunity.Secondly, the staff is super loud, housekeeping knocks on doors and you can hear radio chatter from staff walking down halls all day. They even were knocking on my door despite having the do not disturb flag on the door. Again, issues I've never run into at any other hotel before.I've had way better stays at Best Western's, yall need to do better. First and last time staying at a Warwick Property.

Not a huge fan of downtown hotels because of the parking but the hotel is nice, I appreciate a hotel with a balcony. Rooftop pool…ummm yes! Heated year round. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious!

The reason for my low review was the extra charges that I was charged. I got charged extra for honor bar food which is little snacks or drinks on the room. I did not touch or even look at the extra goodies and drink because I knew they cost extra. They charged me extra for stuff that was not stocked I am assuming in the room before I checked in. I did call and ask what was the charges for and they said they were going to refund me, but still they are trying to just get extra out of people. I took pictures of everything when I checked in .

Well staffed and very safe.Walkability: Right in the heart of downtown you're able to walk pretty much anywhere and get whatever you may need and the area.
