Terrible experience. Wait time for service was lengthy. Orders were incorrect when brought out. When correct order did arrive, the food was stone cold. Manager offered to 'comp' our drinks, however when the bill showed up, it contained 2 mains that we never ordered. Nothing was right that night. We were late for our 7:30 pm show...after arriving at 5:50 pm. Never again.
undercooked pork chop, so much so that i was afraid to eat it. wilted garnishes on dishes, felt like cheap ingredients served in a dressed up manner. our meal ticket was lost and order was incorrect. large ticket price for dismal experience.
Nice rustic and intimate restaurant. Great staff. Food was almost perfect. Value on many items wasn't the best but it is downtown.
Turkey sandwich was dry. I have dined at The Range for years. The lack of food quality was a surprise.
The food wasn't anything to write home about, I sent my salmon back cause it had standing oil on the plate that they cooked it in which was not appealing at all. I ended up spending 200 dollar and we all just got chicken salads it was an absolute waste!
Charmaine was very attentive and personable . Great food and atmosphere in the lobby for the Sinatra tribute
Filet in sauce was very tasty and was cooked to the correct temperature. Pave potatoes were tasty but needed a bit of flavor or spice. Service was great.
Absolutely amazing, went to celebrate my friends birthday and eventho we never mentioned that they still made our night one to remember. I will 100% be coming back.

Service was super slow and food was okay; dont feel it was worth the price point. I dont want to blame the server as it seems they were understaffed and could of use another 1 or 2 servers.

We had the best night at The Range. Frank Sinatra tribute was sensational, so good and funny and engaged with customers. He's a must see. He gets 10 stars. The management made a mistake of having a function in an open area upstairs, which was fine, but then they were having speeches with a microphone, Frank should have been made aware and he could have had a 5 minute break, but we all wanted him to keep singing, so he was a trooper and kept singing. Food was fabulous, we had the steak and it was so tender. Cocktails however, were “tide out” the cocktail glasses were only a little over half full, which is extremely disappointing cause our drink bill was more than the food. Service was ok, waitress just did her job. But apart from those two, it was an absolutely fabulous night. It's so great these days to have dinner and a show and Frank certainly delivered. We'll go back again as long as he's there.
Charmaine was very nice and helpful with all our questions.
