em: quesabirria tacos, my fave. I decided on those and when asking for a recommendation on if the rice was flavorful or more on the bland side, I appreciated her truthful answer. My order came out pretty fast, within 8-10 minutes. They gave me ALLLLL the fixins and then some. I received 3 tacos, 3 limes, cilantro, white and red onions, sliced habanero peppers, AMD chips and salsa. The salsa was magnificent, and I'm usually the person that would rather not eat the chips and salsa because the quality is low and it is not tasty. But you could tell the vegetables they used were very fresh and it had a tiny bite of spice. Probably third best restaurant salsa I've tasted. The other salsas for the birria tacos were wayyyy too salty. As far as the birria tacos went, they were exploding with flavor, and my cheese pull was textbook definition. The consume was one sprinkle of seasoning away from being on the bland side, right on the cusp, but valid enough. I can definitely see myself coming back!

Food was good. Party of 2 just my wife and I. What I wasn’t ok with is the way they add the tip on the bill, our waiter Edwin only came to our table about 3 times and he added a $15.23 to the bill which I was not ok with. The tip is suppose to be based on how they treat you and serve you and I was not treated good enough to leave a $15 dollar tip on a part of two. First and last time we come here that’s for sure.
A little loud, but good food and service.

Avoid this place at all costs ! This is worse than the typical Mexican food that is watered down the typical American. It was more bland and flavorless than anything I have ever had ... and I travel a lot ! Not to mention our waitress got both of the orders completely wrong. The carne asada platter that we got that should have been carne asada tacos had very stringy and chewy meat. The veggie chile rellenos ended up being plain ones with a little meat sprinkled on the edge of one of them this in addition to them being placed on a cheese filled tortilla and deep fried like a chimchanga instead of stuffed and fried like a traditional one would be.

Great food and atmosphere. I found the place to be very clean. The service was impactable. My server name was Erica, very informational on my surroundings because i'm not from the area. She gave me good tips and advice on where to go in the area for fun and entertainment. She was very attentive. She was very happy and enthusiastic to serve me. The chicken fajitas was outstanding, they could have a better soda selection.
So I had to settle for water. Yet the meal was amazing.I will be returning again. Plus the service was outstanding. I did put this restaurant down as one of my favorites. I do travel for a living and I come up here to Denver.
3 times a month. This is a spot worth coming to. I know I have recently posted something really positive. This is an update to the rest of my post. On 8/29/25 i had ordered the chicken fajitas.Paid twenty four dollars or twenty five. Only to be really disappointed. There was barely any chicken on the plate. It was mainly onion's bell and bell peppers. They gave me more salad than normal. Plus it was very little beans and rice. This is an outrageous price for such a small portion of food. They gave me such a huge helping of sour cream.Yet they were very skimpy on s e avocado. A large portion of pico de gaio. Yet a very small portion of the chicken I would say not even a full breast of chicken. I will come back if this continues.I will no longer come to this establishment. For there are outrageous prices for the little bit of meat that you get. You mainly get a lot of vegetables for a high price. This was this past experience. I truly hope it was only a one time deal. But yet I was told by the service that they were getting complaints from several customers. I must say the service was still great.
