Got to tour the bakery with some friends and had an absolute blast! Every single staff member took the time to explain what they were doing, and why they love their job. I have never seen so many happy faces! Zach was so sweet, answered all my questions and gave me some great tips for my home bread baking. Fantastic experience, I can’t wait to go back! The pastries are divine. A must experience!

My husband and I were on a cross country road trip. We had lots of stops to make, but very high on our list was a stop at Rebel Bread. I am soo glad we drove out of our way to get there before it closed. It far exceeded our expectations. We made it in time to try the delicious sandwiches, the Focaccia it was made on was delicious. We were so excited at the incredible pastries to choose from, it would be impossible to choose which one was our favorite. But hands down the sour dough bread was the best. Being originally from Ca., where they have great sour dough, Rebel Bread was as good as any I would get in Ca. The bakery was amazing, the staff was very helpful and it was great to meet Zach (owner) what an incredibly talented guy.
From now on ALL road trips will include a stop in Denver & Rebel Bread. Thank you!!

I love Rebel Bread, and am posting this review hoping to spur on better practices. I've been eating RB for almost 3 years - every single week. It's the best in Denver, no doubt. However lately it seems there have been corners cut, and I imagine it's growing pains. In the past 4 weekends, I've had two loafs of Rebel Sourdough, purchased on separate occasions, that were very, very burnt and still sold. Today I bought two loaves of 60/40 and they were both VERY underbaked. Still doughy and chewy in the worst way. Please don't sacrifice quality for quantity!!!

I have been wanting to try Rebel and was excited to run by their stand at the South Pearl Farmers Market. I don’t recommend buying from them there. I asked for a sourdough and 3 people had to check to make sure that what they were giving me. When I brought it to a dinner party I was disappointed to learn it was a seeded rye. Not sure how you don’t know what bread it is?

I had a co worker bring in some of your pastries and sandwiches today to work and I will be for sure coming to your store. The only pastry I’ve had in years that didn’t make my stomach hurt or cause a flair.

I forgot to take a photo because I was too busy enjoying the pastries!! They were SO good - we got a savory prosciutto bun and a morning bun and would 10/10 go get them again. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Don’t skip this place!

Best bread in Denver. Sourdough...chefs kiss. So glad they have this storefront so I don't have to wait in the line at the farmers market! (A line which is well constituted by the way)

I actually ordered a loaf of garlic ciabatta through PineMelon and am incredibly impressed with the quality. Flaky on the outside but nice and soft inside. The garlic cloves baked into it give this some of the best flavor I've ever experienced in a loaf. Will definitely visit in person at some point.

I've been a loyal Rebel Bread customer for years and they are hands down the BEST bakery in Denver. Not only are their products fantastic (I'm a big fan of their Nonna G loaf and their croissants), but the people behind the product are top notch. I had the pleasure of meeting Zach, the owner, at both their bakery (where they do tours) as well as at the farmer's market on Pearl St and he couldn't be a more stand up owner who clearly takes pride in not only the products he makes, but the people on his team who make everything possible. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my bakery needs!
