Our go to bakery in Denver! Their newly expanded space is gorgeous I’m so happy that they have taken off the way they should. Need to come back and try the sourdough pizza on Fridays

We had a baking class here for our company holiday party and it was AMAZING! They laid out an an impressive, delectable charcuterie spread and taught us how to make a beautiful focaccia bread. We all had so much fun, the entire staff were friendly and helpful; and it was so nice to do something different than the standard boring dinners. I would highly recommend Rebel Bread for any company events, team building, or just to stop by for a treat. Zach was amazing to work with to make our event perfect! Thank you so much!!

They host the best cooking/baking classes. Highly recommend taking the sourdough class and the Holiday Cookie Extravaganza class:) We had a blast.

Grossed out.. they allowed a customer to put his head and arms over the glass partition between the customer line and the food. I watched as this customer pointed out what he wanted and then picked his nose over the food on display. The person serving this customer didn’t say anything. When it came time for us to order, we asked for a chocolate croissant and were offered the same food this customer’s boogers landed on. We declined and made the server aware of this; she didn’t do anything or remove the contaminated food.
I’m disappointed because the food is amazing and the service is usually great.

We have been here a couple times everything is delicious and well priced. Today I bought one of the best things I have ever ate!! Cheyenne candied ham in a everything cruffin. I love this place.

At home sourdough baking class:
Hands on, informative, fun and engaging. I’ve been baking sourdough for just over a year. Results? Up and down. I learned new ways to mix and bake, and fine tune my home process. Zach is a scientist and magician in his baking kingdom. Might I add, the pre class pastry and sandwich at lunch was icing on the cake, well, bread!

The sourdough baking class is a game changer after making fair to good sourdough for 20 years. A few tweaks in methodology and the difference is obvious. Zach is a great teacher and patiently answers any questions.

I took the Sourdough Bread class and as someone that’s never made sourdough bread I thought the class was very thorough. Zach is a genius and made what could have been an overwhelming amount of information accessible and understandable. The hands on education was key for me. I feel like I’m set up for successful sourdough bread making!

Today I took the sourdough bread class from 9-3. Zach is an awesome communicator and teacher. I learned so much and got to bring home 2 loaves of sourdough to bake! Great Class, Great Teacher, Great Bread!!!

By far the best local bakery in Denver! Not only are their pastries and breads head and shoulders above the competition when it comes to quality of ingredients and quality of taste, but their team is equally as impressive! They just opened their new expanded location and it’s a haven for those who love food. Not to mention, the classes they now offer are top notch. My favorite new addition though…pizza night on Friday’s! Bring your friends because you can’t keep this place a secret!
Had a fabulous time at Rebel Bread’s pie baking workshop. The teachers were kind and helpful, and the cafe and teaching kitchen were spacious and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed one of their new pizzas too. Can’t wait to return!

Had the opportunity to take an Focaccia class at Rebel Bread. Jan is an amazing instructor who presents clear instructions, shared superb techniques and helped each class participant with the bread making process. I will be signing up for more classes this fall.

Elana was such a fantastic teacher! I learned a lot about not just the items we were baking but baking in general. The space is cozy and welcoming and I loved getting to eat all our sweet treats together after the class. Would definitely go back for more classes!
