Had a fabulous time at Rebel Bread’s pie baking workshop. The teachers were kind and helpful, and the cafe and teaching kitchen were spacious and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed one of their new pizzas too. Can’t wait to return!

Ive been going to Rebel Bread consistently for the past year for their sourdough loafs, and they recently moved their cafe to another part of their building! They have such a cozy cafe space that completely blew me away. Tons of seating, super efficient, and the best quality pastries and bread. Their customer service is always top tier too! Their paninis are also extremely unique and some of the best you will find. If you're looking for amazing croissants, sourdough, muffins, and scones to go with some delicious coffee and a cozy quiet environment, DEFINITELY check them out!!

I NEVER order croissants in the States, usually mediocre. Rebel Bread has solved that problem! Their croissants are simply lovely. That would be enough for me, but their bread, baked goods, service and wonderful vibe is a gift wrapped in a big wonderful bow! It will be a must stop daily for me.
Best bakery in Denver. All the staff and the owner are amazing! Best customer service and the pastries taste even better. I'll keep coming back for sure and recommend it for everyone.
I’ve been going to the Pearl Street Farmers Market every Sunday for as long as I can remember, and discovering Rebel Bread there during Covid was one of the best things to come out of that time. Their seeded sourdough is unmatched, and honestly, everything they make from pastries to classic loaves is next-level delicious.
The lines have gotten wild since they’ve totally blown up and rightfully so but I’ll still wait every time because it’s that good. That said, I was so excited to find their brick and mortar so now I get my fix without the weekend chaos.
Also, the staff, especially the girls who work there, are amazing. So sweet, kind, and just genuinely lovely people. And shoutout to them for giving out sourdough starter for free which I’m now baking with at home.
Rebel Bread is such a gem in the Denver community. I love them to death 🥖💛
