Jessica was an outstanding server, friendly attentive and helpful. I will recommend the northfield red lobster to anyone who will listen. I am so grateful to find a server that good. I eas appreciative of her recommendations and descriptions of the entrée.

If you live in Colorado, This is a decent place for seafood. And the Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

Unfortunately this is the most negative experience I've had with Red Lobster. Very long wait for orders. Half the food looks stale, double frozen or overheated in the microwave. The waiters are efficient, but the kitchen team lets them down.

The food here is a hit or miss. The staff is not always good with handling a large amount of people. My food was missing my salad and i know i waited for 30 minutes after ordering on the phone.

I like this restaurant, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is very calm. I like to enjoy a good salmon accompanied with white wine. The service was optimal.

The staff was very friendly and attentive in an non intrusive manner. Very professionally hosted. The food was great, especially the strawberry cheesecake.

Parking: There was plenty of parking for a Thursday evening.

We tried this place again thinking it would get better. Sorry but it didn't the food was cold and we sat for over 30 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Usually doesn't take that long but this one in Northfield needs to get it act together. No manager to be seen anywhere either.

I honestly had the WORST experience at this location that I've ever had at any Red Lobster the other night. We came on 03/05 for my boyfriend's birthday. We had a large party of about 18- 20 people. We arrived at 6:30pm a little bit later than the rest of our party. Sam our waiter looked like he was running around with his head chopped off! After 30 minutes of waiting at our table he finally came up to us and asked for our drink order after my boyfriend had go find him because he disappeared for a while. When he took our drink orders we asked him for some biscuits and he said, " oh yeah I got you." We waited another 30 minutes Sam was no where to be found before my boyfriend yet again went to look for him. He finally came back to the table and I asked for some biscuits again. He said, "oh they never brought them to you?" A WHOLE HOUR We waited for drinks and biscuits! Then they started bringing our food out little by little for our large party. Sam had a gentleman helping him. They brought out my boyfriend's snow crablegs he ordered, but they never brought out his sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everyone else got their food and the birthday boy was still waiting on his sides as 20 minutes went by. Oh did I mention they never brought us a seperate bowl and the utensils that you use to crack open your crablegs!? Yup we had to use our hands as best as we could. Then it came time to pay...our table was the last table that Sam brought the check to and by this time it's now 9:06pm. I'm irritable from the poor service we've experienced already. Sam takes my card to go and pay then proceeds to stop and talk about music with some of the party our group was with for another 10 minutes in front of me until I finally interrupted and asked if he could finish his job and run my card. I probably will never visit this Reb Lobster location again.
