The Rack Lamb is my favorite and continues to be so. My wife and I have adopted Crispy Brussel Sprouts as a new favorite because of the sauce. All was cooked to perfection
The restaurant is a little hard to find. It is tucked back inside the plaza. However, it is a gem. The goulash was authentic and delicious.
First time dining at Red Square Bistro and did not disappoint. My wife and I went with another couple, and everyone had a great experience. We would all definitely go back again. Friendly attentive service, cool ambiance and delicious food. Would highly recommend!
We had a wonderful dinner. We only had a short window due to a show we were going to see and the waiter recommended some things we could get quickly and made sure we had our check so we could leave on time. We will be back!
Seeking something out of the ordinary, we opted to try Russian cuisine, and Red Square proved to be a wonderful experience! Both the dill- and honey-infused vodkas were termed novel and good, as was the imported soda. Tiny dumplings and pirogen were great starters, and the classic stroganoff and goulash were among the best—rich, with complex flavor profiles. The honey cake was the right finish—light and delicate. Service was charming and gracious, setting comfortable. Go!
It is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the Denver area. Home, fresh, top quality food at the best environment and service ever!
Every visit to Red Square Euro Bistro has been wonderful. Great food, great drinks - what more could you want!
The latkes and pierogis are delicious and the beef stroganoff was cooked to perfection. Very friendly service...this is a hidden gem.
Love it. The best in denver. Joseph and Max and Nate and the whole place are the reason we go.
Lovely place and delightful ambience for this winter season! I love the decor and tables were well spaced out!
We had several appetizers, the borscht, a salad, and the salmon and stroganoff and it was delicious. (I preferred the salmon to the stroganoff as the latter felt bland to my personal palette). The chocolat pot was also a great finish for a chocó-fanatic such as myself. The service was fantastic as well!
Update 2024: still very good! Salmon still delicious - pasta was nice- the baguette is great.
Chicken Kiev wasn’t my favourite but it’s not my thing anyways.
Service still nice. Cute place!

The beet shot is a must. Sounds weird initially, but it's good. Just do it. Pierogies and latkes are delicious.

My partner and I arrived here by mistake with a reservation at another restaurant with a similar name.
I'm glad we did! We enjoyed the ambiance, the great server, the food, and the cocktail list. I will certainly return, this time on purpose!

We came here for a work function and ordered everything on the menu. Simply put everything that we got was delicious. The beef stroganoff was excellent as were the brussel sprouts. I would absolutely recommend this place. It exceeded my expectations. I got the KGB cocktail and it was quite delicious. Bartender knows what he's doing.

Such a great experience. Staff was so on point. Joseph is awesome, so helpful. Craft of vodka with a dude of pickles will get the conversation rolling. 😋
