Joseph was a friendly and helpful server with great recommendations! We enjoyed delicious cocktails with house made vodka infusions, a special Russian style kebab appetizer with perfectly cooked pork and delicious sauce. Our mains (the Pork Schnitzel with goat cheese polenta, and Red Square Stroganoff) were fantastic— just right portions and delicious! We will be back!
Service was fantastic; friendly and not overwhelming. Restaurant atmosphere is very comfortable. Chicken Kiev was overcooked, side mashed potato had too much of horseradish (a little hint will be much better). Please do dot serve it in the bowl. Herring starter was superb, pelmeni were good just a little salty for me. Desert was delicious! Restaurant infused vodka must to try. Even though I am kind of critical I will recommend this restaurant.
Excellent all around from service, drinks, food always know what to expect and love the top notch job they continue to do.
We had a show booked so the waitress made sure that we ordered everything up front so there were no delays.
Joe our waiter is always the BEST!! Love Euro Bistro - food & service is consistently top notch!!
Always delicious Joseph our waiter, he personality and enthusiasm must it that much better of an evening out
Everything we tried was amazing. So fresh, juicy, and flavors that just explode. Stroganoff, kieve and numerous apps later we rolled ourselves out of there and into a car back to the hotel sated and excited to visit again.
Got takeout and it was both delicious and different.
Appreciate serviceable and solid Russian food. Westernized to a degree and I was a little let down by the pork but the various dumplings and gnocchi were exactly what you needed to see at a Russian spot.
An upbeat to vibe and great variety of flavored vodka. The bartender Ramsey was very helpful friendly and will bring this back!!

Excellent food and service. In my four days in Denver, I came to this restaurant three times, enjoying multiple different dishes—all of them were great!
The bartender, Nate (or was it Max?), poured vodka like he was trying to revive me from hypothermia. I asked for one shot, and he replied, “One? For breakfast, maybe.” I respect a man who treats hangovers as a rite of passage.
I decided to try this place because I saw they have borscht on their menu, an absolute favorite of mine. I have traveled all over Eastern Europe and this place was not it. The borscht had pickles in it (an atrocity), didn’t have enough broth and was overly salty. The pelemeni tasted like it came straight out of a bag also why was it soaking in broth? Not a traditional way. I had the Icelandic vodka which was good, would love to see some Ukrainian brands as I cannot support Russian imports. Service was good however being a European restaurant it would be nice to hear European music instead of today’s top hits.
Get the Brussels sprouts and the pirogies
I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant, which quickly earned my highest praise. Our server, Joseph, was a standout—his vibrant and engaging demeanor elevated the evening, and his thoughtful recommendations for both the bar and food menus were spot-on, enhancing our choices with expert insight. The herring appetizer was a delightful highlight, bursting with flavor; I recommend requesting extra potatoes to fully savor the dish. The Brussels Sprouts were impeccably crisped, achieving a perfect balance of texture, while the pickled mushrooms and cauliflower provided a tangy, complementary contrast. Our entrées—lamb chops, schnitzel, and pan-fried salmon—were executed with precision, each dish showcasing robust flavors and meticulous preparation. I’m eager to return and explore more of the menu’s authentic offerings, as this establishment has set a remarkable standard for culinary excellence.
