My wife and I came on a Sunday afternoon and had heard about Redeemer so we thought we'd give it a shot! As we walked in, some of the guys were making some dough and greeted us as they worked. It was cool to see them work. We sat and ordered at the back patio. We were the only ones there that afternoon.
I'll agree that the pizza slices are definitely not NY size, and felt pricey for the size. We got cheese, pepperoni, and one special slice. The pepperoni was definitely the star of the three it had a great crust, flavor, and great distribution of pepperoni across the slice. The cheese was perfectly okay, nothing more nothing less. The special slice was really good but the distribution of ingredients over the slice was quite poor as most of them were situated right at the point of the slice. The initial bite was fantastic, a bite with peppers, artichoke, and arugula. After that it became more like an arugula cheese pizza with white sauce. They did have water coolers & cups out there but they were not filled so that was kind of a bummer but not a huge deal. Overall though pretty good.

Pizza was really really thin. Crust was see-through, barely sliced and the whole pizza fell apart as you picked it up. We did come in the last 45 min of them being open on a Wednesday so hoping that's why quality wasn't as good but the staff was great and atmosphere was super chill.

We love the pizza here! By far our favorite in Denver. The crust is always so crispy. They also use the better quality pepperoni. The dough is delicious, as well as, the sauce. My only complaint is that the pizza is slightly dry for my taste and could use a little more sauce. I just get a dip cup of sauce and it works lol.

I’m sorry for this review, me and my girlfriend drive about 30 minutes to have your pizza. I’ve eaten it once before and it was delicious!
Whoever the cook is on Thursdays or specifically today SHOULD NOT BE COOKING. My pizza was undercooked, barely any cheese added and overall it was horrible.
My Caesar salad was DISGUSTING. I almost threw up smelling it, as did my GF. I’ve had Caesar salad plenty of time and understand sometimes it can have a slight tingly scent. But this was rancid and unbearable. I had to throw it away without even trying it, whatever it was I’m assuming it was the dressing has gone bad or the cook didn’t know how to make it.
I was told I was getting a refund by the kind gentlemen when I called back in to tell them, but I have not gotten anything yet.
This was a $50 order.
Don’t go on Thursdays, cook should be fired. We wasted an hour driving.

Pizza on the other hand was ok, biting into it was good but then u get hit with the bottom crust which left a burnt charcoal taste which immediately overpowered everything else sadly!!

This pizza is next level! The sourdough crust is thin, but airy, but bubbly, but meaty and chewy. I really can’t adequately describe it. And all the toppings and sauces were also The Best!

Did an impulse stop when in the neighborhood. Some searing in the front with a good sized covered back patio area with heat where you order at lunch time. Decided on a slice of their weekly special that was $6. Not normally a NY style pizza guy but it was a take on a jalapeno poppers pizza. Was good enough to convince me to stop by again before heading home to get a whole pie from their menu for $28. Got the pumpkin pie that has a pumpkin pesto sauce. Really good! Will have to find them on social media to see other weekly specials come up.
Everything was excellent! The food, the service, the beer! Everything! BUT... the best part was their complementary handcrafted toothpick. You have to ask for the "special toothpick" or the "secret toothpick" to get it. You will love it!

Redeemer is my go to whenever I'm craving pizza. Just a slice? A whole pie? NY or Sicilian? Maybe some specialty drinks? A salad? They have it all! Their weekly pizza specials are so fun, and the vibe is always a good time. Whether you're grabbing a slice from the slice window out back, or dining in, the staff is accommodating and makes it a great experience. The garlic knots with hot honey are a must, and I love the Diavolo too.

Since I have been coming to Redeemer- I feel they make the best NY style Pizza in Denver. Theirs another spot I want to check out before deeming them the top of the town. But their dough is delicious. Semi sour sourdough crust, the sauce is fantastic. The pepperonis & meats used on their pies are amazing, and the cheese is fantastic. When you order either a full pie or a slice from the window in the back, that you access from the alleyway- the wait isn’t that long. I have tried their Garlic knots and they also are great! I’ll have to try their sandwiches one day if I am in the neighborhood during lunch hours. The hours are great as well. Well done Redeemer!
