WONDERFUL food and wonderful experience! We got lunch here while visiting the museum. It was almost empty on a Tuesday. I got the mushroom burger ($16) and it was one of the best sandwiches of my life! I appreciated the vegetarian option. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly, so fresh and delicious, with fresh fries to go with it. I got two kids’ meals (Mac n cheese, $8) for my kids - it wasn’t just Kraft, but gourmet. Creative takes on American cafe staples, made from Colorado-sourced food. I had a breakfast bowl, very tasty with fresh ingredients. Very fun and welcoming for dining in. Can be ordered online or in person. Visit History Colorado Center before or after!
The “breakfast”sandwich option is really good. Add bacon and make it a better experience 😉🥹 sofa is comfy and back music plays 2000s songs😗. The cappuccino machine was broken but that happens… worth stopping by. (Total 17usd)
