Ordered delivery twice now and I’m obsessed! Never had pupusas before. They’re incredible, soft, plush, and savory! The cabbage and sauce arriving in ziplock baggies gave me a chuckle, but hey, spill proof and tasty!
I’m not usually a big fan of fried chicken, but wow theirs is good!! Also tried the chicken with mushrooms, and the stewed chicken with vegetables. Both were excellent, the vegetables were cooked perfectly (soft but not mushy). I personally didn’t care for the tamale, it was quite different from tamales I’ve had elsewhere, but I loved the fresh cotija that came with it!
I always want to try new cuisines but can’t handle too much spiciness, so this being flavorful yet mild is perfect. Also, the price of the entrees is very reasonable for the portion and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!!
Valeria was a wonderful server, and very conscientious without being pushy. The food was amazing, to the point that I think we'll be back anytime we're in Denver. I'm already thinking about what to get next time.
