Overall decent food, although the schnitzel was a bit greasy and the vegetables were a little oily. A good place to come for comfort food, but if you know Bavarian food and are expecting Bavarian food, you will likely be disappointed as this is very Americanized Bavarian food, but for the US, this is pretty much what I expected and it tasted good
I had such a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I am from Texas and I had a vertical ID... They don't accept those. If you have a vertical ID, you should bring your passport.
Had dinner here on a chilly night—almost uncomfortably cold inside. The AC works really well. Maybe too well. The food quality was pretty inconsistent. The asparagus spätzle was a disappointment. Most of the asparagus was too tough to eat and the dish was very bland, even after adding salt. The Nuremberg sausage add-on was small (as expected), but slightly sweet and served on plain greens; it was just okay with mustard. Tried a few other dishes: the pork schnitzel with apple...
