The Business hours are for employees not for customer to order food you have to get there 20 + minutes before the closing time otherwise you won’t get service. One of the employees almost locked the door on my face. Please change your business hours

I ordered a whole chicken, some potatoes when I picked it up, my son is not a lonque, the person who answered me was not friendly at all, I marked them to complain, they did not answer this, I did not ask for it.

Chicken ? Wingz used to be much bigger,better & cheaper in the past. I used to frequent this location years ago & now that I live up the street I don’t make it here anymore. My last batch of wings surprisingly upset me. The flavor was ok but the size of the chicken wings were too small.
I’m a make my way back because they used to have pretty bomb ? smothered burritos ?.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa. ??
Called ahead ordered 24 wings. Told me they would be ready in 10-15 min. Arrived 25 min after placing the order. Waited in line while others ordered. By the time it was my turn and they collected my payment they told me that the order was going to be a few more minutes. 6 other customers that didn’t call ahead all still got their order before I did. Why offer call ahead if they are literally going to start your order when you get there. On top of that the prices on their website are wrong and they charged more in person. Customer service here is trash, could not care less.

I have been living in Green Valley for years and have always come to this restaurant but when I came the last time, everything was pretty much dried out and I was like you know what everybody has a bad day Came to me today do you know what try again? Well today was even worse than the last time I ordered two orders of dark meat with the beans, the rice and all the good stuff, wings, and wings. The container that they put the chicken in was so flimsy that the beans just disintegrated the container. It was 10 times smaller than it used to be 10 times higher in price. Note to self and others used to be very good but now it’s sorry as hell not to mention my chicken was dry
