I find it very inconvenient when trying to call to place an order, nobody answers the phone and then you call again. They answer it and hang up! Don’t recommend this place Customer Service is not where it needs to be

Went in person once, not busy, waited an hour for food and left. Ordered online and paid, they didn't get the order to the kitchen. They had no idea i put in an order and paid. Waited and got the food, its all cold and burnt somehow. Garlic knots are shockingly bad.

The cashier at the front had dirt under her nails. She took cash from the person in front of me and then proceeded to touch his food. I had to ask her to not touch my food with her dirty hands. Then I ended up getting sick from the food. Not safe to eat here. They have dirty habits that will make you ill!

This place is disgusting. There were flies everywhere, all over the kitchen and all over the food. The food was soggy and tasted not cooked all the way. Would not recommend this place, go to the one off of broadway if you want good Rico’s food!

Avoid this place. Stopped in to get some small pizza before a movie. Was told it would be 15 minutes. After 35, I asked about it. Said it would be another 10-15 mins. I asked to for a refund since I had to go. Still haven’t seen the refund. The dining area is FILTHY. Tables & floor were gross.

It took so long to get my food! Then when I got home, not 2 blocks away, it was cold and not even fully cooked. The meatballs also did not taste like anything. Needless to say I did not finish it and will probably never come back although, everyone has a bad day.
