Stopped by on a Wednesday around 2:30. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was open so i decided to give them a try. Darryl (i hope i spelled that correctly) was the only one there. He explained that they didn’t have cocktails but would be more than glad to share their spirits with me. I tasted the Rye, Bourbon, and Angel and they were all amazing. Not harsh, almost friendly on the mouth. Really wanted to try the Apple Brandy but they were out. I’ll be back soon to taste that....
A small group of friends and I recently enjoyed a private distillery tour at Rising Sun Distillery. Our host was kind, knowledgeable, and fun. EVERY spirit we tried was smooth and delicious. I'll be coming back.
A great little distillery. The guide was very knowledgeable. There products knock it out if the park. I just wish I had room in my suitcase for some. Thank you for answering all of my questions. Try the Dark Angel whiskey it is delicious.
