This place is amazing and service is excellent! I had the parmesan fries as an appetizer and the firecracker burger with a side caesar salad as an entree. Both were absolutely delicious, especially the burger! Well drinks were $4 during happy hour as well, which I find as a great deal. Nicole was also extremely wonderful!

This place has gone completely downhill. They’ve shrunken the size of their pizza to 12” for $18. Their pizza was the only reason we continued to come here but it wasn’t until we picked up that we realized the size difference!

We had a really disappointing experience at Ritual. We arrived at 1:00 PM, only to find out we couldn’t order from the full menu—entrees aren’t available until after 3:00 PM. That’s something we wish had been made clear ahead of time.
We also ordered four different drinks, and they didn’t have any of them. We were told the drink menu was being redone, but again, there was no heads-up about that. The food we were able to get wasn’t much better. One of the burgers came out raw, and the rest of the dishes were mediocre at best.
With all the hype, we expected a much better experience. Sadly, Ritual didn’t deliver, and we won’t be returning.

We stopped here for lunch while visiting from out of state and were pretty disappointed. First, they were out of two of the local beers listed on their menu — one on tap and one in a can — that we were excited to try. After finally ordering the one beer they did have, we sat and waited… and waited. Despite there being only six customers total (including us) and several servers just standing around chatting, no one came over for a long time. Eventually, someone did show up, but by then we were so turned off by the lack of attentiveness that we decided to just pay for the beer and leave. It was clear we were from out of state when my sister showed her ID, but no one seemed to care enough to offer even basic service. No idea how this place has such good reviews — our experience was anything but. Disappointing and unwelcoming.

Been twice. The staff are nice, but every time I've been here the place is empty there's no sense of expedience with service at all.
Mediocre place. Last two times I was there they were out of a few menu items. The first was the gluten free options that was the primary reason we went. This time it was “all chicken items, but may have chicken for the pizza”.
The bar was also dead tonight and they were playing the Nuggets game and couldn’t figure out the sound.
Overall sad. Won’t be going back.

I recently hosted a birthday party there and had the best experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made everything so easy from start to finish. A special shoutout to Remy—she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all night. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and made the night feel extra special. The vibe, the service, and the overall experience were top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for any celebration or night out!

They were out of the majority of the food on the menu. Waitress seemed put out by all we did. Bartender was great and so were the drinks! Food was good though! We had the fish and chips, pizza, and grilled chicken sandwich.

10 minutes to get greeted, over an hour to get food with no refills on water, and 20-30 minutes just to pay. Server did the best they could as they were understaffed. When we asked to speak to a manager to voice our concerns we were informed there was no manager. Did not enjoy anything about this place.
