River North is an awesome spot. Not only did we discover new amazing beer but new amazing sludge/psychedelic metal and the pork tacos from the la capital del taco truck were out of this world!!
Craft beer excellence. That's this brewery in a nutshell. They serve some of the most eclectic, unique brews in the city and they don't conserve on gravity beers that are larger than life upon sipping.
Inside you'll be greeted by the micro stills, garage doors that leave plenty of sunshine in, patio with 4 bench tables, and a side room for private events. The staff is knowledgeable and inviting.
Here I tried the 10.3% chocolate black barleywine, known as the Celestial Death. The nose literally smelled like Cocoa Puffs. Mouthfeel and finish was very smooth and malty, expressing out as a wheaty flair of raisin, coconut, and plenty of cocoa. Terrific drink!
The Colorado IPA is legit. Nice hang out space and dog friendly patio.
Unfortunately I just had the worst experience at this brewery. Bar tender was ok but talked to my friend who is white way more than he talked with me. Both my friend and I felt incredibly uncomfortable being there after about 5 minutes. Then a customer who was seated at the bar close to us would not stop staring us down as though he wanted us to leave. He then began making off colored comments to me to the point that the bar tender started asking what was wrong. I had no clue cause I was not talking to the customer. It was the worst experience I have endured in a while. Needless to say we got up and left. Sad state when the color of my skin made me not welcome in this brewery. As we grabbed our coats the bar tender did apologize for what he had seen and heard. Almost treated as through that’s how that regular was cause he apologized for him. I am more sad that this still happen then mad.
Thank you for reaching out and giving me your email. I look forward the talking.
Quiet. Easy going. Worth a try. Just wish these places had chairs with backs.
Good stouts and high % beers
Ok. To be honest I’m a regular and now belong to their “Norther” membership discount program but, for a reason. Simply put, perhaps one of the most innovative brewers in Colorado. Instead of being slavishly bound to seasonal brews, they offer an incredibly wide selection of beers throughout the year. Right now there are beers ranging from. West coast IPA to a barrel aged quad. Carefully crafted by Matt, the master brewer, you count on a thoughtfully brewed libation of any style. Give them a try at either location and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
Awesome taproom with fantastic beers.
Very friendly and full of brew-knoledge. Delicious products, happy patrons and at times a good food truck. I would like to see their Belgian White as a staple. I heard it is going to be a seasonal item. 😞. Excellent stouts and a popular IPA are worth the trip.
Stopped in the other day and had a few beers, really solid spot. Kyle the bartender was awesome! Made me and my girlfriend feel super welcome, and had some great suggestions for beer. He’s a really funny guy and the beer was great so will definitely be back!

First time in Denver, came to the River North and loved it. Beers and staff amazing thanks guys?
A very normal place for great beer. Enjoyable.
Great drink selection. Bartender very customer oriented.
Stopped by for a beer with the wife. Great selection of craft draft beers and some bottled beers for those who want to take beer home.
Nice outdoor seating area, and they are doing food paring events often.
Enjoyed the kettle corn popcorn and friendly patrons at the counter. The beer tender was nice and helpful.
Best brewery in town and a top notch barrel aging program. Wouldn't be a member anywhere else!?
