DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY I ordered twice in a row and never received my food. That's the worst when you're stuck at work. Entire lunch break spent on the phone with support. If they're using in house drivers, they are the worst. If not, they're still the worst.

i’ve been coming here for years filled out plenty of punchcards in my day and it’s always been consistently delicious and filling for the price. I appreciate that they have kept prices, consistent and fair. Services always super quick and you can get in and out within five minutes for to go.. i especially love the cucumber water they keep in the lobby area.They used to have café tables outside, and I’m not sure if they’ll be coming back when it’s warmer but I noticed last time I went they were missing.Wheelchair accessibility: restaurant itself is totally accessible and level to the street. I’m not sure about the bathroom though.

No utensils… had to eat with the souce lid . Since I’m a bus driver didn’t have anything on the bus to eat my food with. Avocado was a bit old . Over all I like it !

They’re usually great, but this was a bad look for them. I ordered the two protein custom poke bowl with salmon & spicy tuna, got no spicy tuna & maybe 4 small pieces of salmon. The pickled ginger was not the normal, pale pink ginger that they usually give, but a dark red, spicy ginger. The ratio of greens to rice wasn’t 50/50, but more like 20/80.

I'm pretty baffled by the high ratings because this wasn't good at all, and there were a lot of issues. To start, the place smelled when we walked in. The restaurant was dirty, and there were open shipping boxes of utensils just sitting out. The guy behind the counter didn't seem very happy to be there, and seemed impatient. We received very thick plastic to-go packaging even though we were eating in there, not a very environmentally conscious move especially since the bowls didn't fit in the recycling they had in there. And to receive to-go packaging without being asked if we're taking it to go feels unwelcome as if they don't want us eating there. Food-wise, the bowl was completely absent of flavor and the fish was really chewy, didn't feel fresh, and cut in very small cubes. The veggies (cucumbers and tomatoes) were huge on the other hand, so the fish really got lost in the bowl and the bowl ended up eating like a rice, cucumber and tomato bowl. The positives are that the size of the bowl was pretty large, and I didn't get sick. There are many better poke places in the area, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Had a great time and meal here the fish tasted surprisingly fresh was hesitant but the server convinced me and I wasn't disappointed. The two gentleman at the counter were especially nice. Justin made my visit a good one.
