I went here a few times. I've only tried the firecracker sushi and the spicy edamame. Both were tasty and I keep coming back for more. I was somewhat surprised to see that the firecracker roll was $4 cheaper than what I thought it cost.
The longest I waited for a 2 seat table was 5 minutes, but of course, this can change on a busy day like on First Friday Arts Walk.
The service was excellent. My company was unsure about which saké to buy and we were given a few samples. A server returned about every 10-15 minutes to either refill our water glasses or ask if we were okay. We didn't have to wait long to ask for the check when we were done, they were very consistent in checking in on us.
The area is a little small, but they did a good job in reducing the decor in favor of space. It just felt a little crowded regardless. So despite the noise not being too bad, we were close enough to other people where we had to raise our voices a little to be heard over them.
Over all, I will continue coming to this restaurant even though parking is a little hard to find in this area. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. As of the day of this review, this is my preferred sushi restaurant.

Coming from California I was skeptical about this sushi, but I was pleasantly surprised. The tuna tataki was delicious and the rolls were got were pretty good.

Loved the anime everywhere. They have attentive professional staff, yummy sushi, and a cool vibe. Took about 30 mins to get food but they were great about a gluten allergy we flagged.

Good food, great service! They have a fantastic BOGO happy hour on select beers.
Been coming here for years!! Love this place. And that staff is great! And the bathroom art 🔥
Store made me wait outside for my order, which was dehumanizing. I'll never eat here again.
I happened to stumble into this place during their happy hour. I ordered the soft shell crab and veggie tempur, which was a good amount of veggies but only 2 pieces of crab. The dip was sweet and delicious, the star of the appetizer. Next up was the spicy scallop rolls. It has a pleasant kick to it. If there's one thing I wouldn't get again, it would be the tonkotsu ramen, which unfortunately I paid extra for. It was EXTREMELY salty, which is surprising because I'm addicted to salt. So this is saying a lot. Overall, even with HH pricing, I would not come here again.
