I understand that being a restaurant in this current climate is tough- but we booked a reservation at this restaurant and noticed some small things that could really impact the guest experience. While we were at the restaurant once we were sat- we only saw our waitress once and never got a refill on our beverages each costing $5 each. The entire time we were in the restaurant I never once saw anyone attending to the salad bar area- it's like it was set up and left and some items had been sitting a while and were less than fresh, there were dirty plates stacked in the stacks of “clean plates” and the meats that went around to the tables lacked variety and were underdone. I found the dining room floors to be dirty, and noticed several lights out and dirty light fixtures in the dining area. For $50+ per person I expected something a bit more polished than this experience.

The service was good until the end, and then they basically stopped coming by, and we had to flag them down for items. The most disappointing part was the meat; virtually every cut they brought to us appeared to be leftovers, and they were all overcooked, well done, and dry. We asked for medium-rare and even-rare, but the best we got was medium+. It's way too pricey not to get good cuts of meat that are cooked to temp.

Stopped by to celebrate my partners birthday. We waiting about 3-5 minutes before being greeted and seated even with a reservation. The place was pretty empty I want to say only 30% of the seating was ever taken up during our visit. The server at first was amazing, super polite and helpful. Once we place our drink orders we hit the salad bar and sides. Sadly you could tell the food wasn't super fresh but also was not horrible or inedible by any means. Just simple things like rolls being a little tough and fries being old. The meats were great and flavorful. After awhile we waited and waited for our server to check in to order a bottle of water. We then waited and waited (about 10 minutes) before having to remind them of the water. Once we finished dinner we waited awhile for the dessert menu and were provided a dessert cart with fake replicas of the desserts. We ordered the flan and a chocolate cake slice with ice cream and sliced bananas. I was sad to see the the desserts we received we not identical to the samples provided. An example would be that the flan in the sample had a cookie like adornment which I did not get on my flan. The chocolate cake slice was smaller than the sample and it came with strawberries instead of bananas. Overall we still had a wonderful time and enjoyed the delicious food. We'll definitely stop by again but maybe when more guest are in as well so that the food stays fresh.

I've gone to rodizios quite a few times & with bigger parties, but this "brunch" experience was not as positive as it should have been, all because of our table server. Other than the negative service from him, I'd rate rodizios as a whole 5 stars, the food, price & atmosphere is always great, unfortunately our server was lacking the quality service I've been used to at this location.

Atmosphere, concept, and service was great. Food, particularly, the meat was not good. The prices did not appear on the menu, so no idea what this was going to cost $51 each for a buffet line and over cooked meat.

My only issue was that the restaurant was unable to find the reservation I made. That being said they were very accommodating and flexible when some of our party didn't show. Otherwise the food was great, the service was exceptional and the restaurant always has a great ambiance.

My birthday dinner was completely ruined, the service was absolutely terrible. We never even laid eyes on our server, we were told she was helping at the bar because it was backed up. Note, it was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was no busier than any other restaurant, things actually slowed around 8:45 (we had a 7:15 reservation). Took about 20 minutes for us to even get waters. We saw at least 3 different people, plates never got collected until we asked someone “hey we haven't seen a server, can you take these plates?”, we had someone ask if we wanted drinks about 15-20 minutes after we'd been sitting there. No one ever even asked for our order, thankfully we planned on doing the full Rodizio anyway (but if we'd just wanted the salad bar woe to us). We saw a total of 4 meats come by in 40 minutes, with TWO of the 4 being repeats. When we told a nearby server “hey we've barely had meats come by...” we were told they'd let them know to come by our table. For a total of 5 minutes, yes, we actually timed it, we had a selection of meats come by regularly, and they were once again, all repeats of the same 4 meats we'd already had! We got ONE new selection we hadn't had in the previous 50 minutes we'd been there. One of the people bringing meats around, Fernando, had picked up on the fact that we were NOT happy at this point, and THANKFULLY, he finally asked us “have you had x, y, z, yet?” We answered no to 95% of what he mentioned. He made it a point to come by our table after that, finally got to try the garlic steak, cowboy steak etc (that we didn't even know they had at that point). We tipped him directly because he was the ONLY person that paid attention and realized we weren't having the best experience! After that, it took another 20 minutes for someone to come by and even give us our check. We paid in cash thankfully. Decided right then we likely wouldn't return! Fernando was the only reason we didn't just cut it short, pay, and left right then.

Overall enjoyable experience, food was the highlight -however I was disappointed that my reservation stated it for was a birthday and nothing was done -even though 4 other tables had a bday song and drum jingle. Our service was pretty poor. Had to ask multiple times for drinks and even water refills. We ended up buying the birthday boy a dessert and the waiter only brought one spoon and when we asked for additional spoons, it took over 10 minutes (which by then the ice cream was melted. Better than Fogo de Chao but still mid

Side and soup was barely room temperature. Favorites were not as tasty as they are at Texas de Brazil. Place was nearly empty and only got to 1/3 full. As such the gauchos carried sparse amounts of meats. Several dishes never came to our table at all. One bright spot was the tall blond gaucho. He went out of his way to ask and bring us specific meats like the rib meat. For the price ($600+ for the 8 adults and 2 toddlers) feel like we have better value and a more luxurious experience at Texas de Brazil. Either of these two beats Fogo de Chao any day of the week. Sorry but a distant #2 for Brazilian meats in Denver.

Service was not great. Tables not being bussed all around us. Meats were overcooked and tough. The flavor was great though, the salad bar was good, and the waiter was at least friendly.

Opentable Diner

Full Rodizio is the best with a great variety of well prepared meats! The unlimited salad and sides bar has a great variety and is freshly prepared.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt special and were pampered! The salad bar is impressive! Every meat serving was fabulous! Even the chicken heart! Service was impeccable! We loved every minute of our dining experience. Can't wait to go back!

I've been to Rioz and have always loved it, granted this isn't Rioz but I went with Rodizio Denver location anyways because it had the highest ratings. I decided to take my boyfriend here for the first time for his Birthday and was saddened with the meat. We were not a happy with the selection of mostly rare pieces of meat that was available, not asking for the meat to be well done but a bit more cooked would've sufficed. If you're not a fan of rare/medium rare and fat I would not recommend this location. We could not enjoy our food and felt like it was asking too much for pieces that were more cooked.
