Admittedly, I hadn't visited Rodizio since 2013 or 2014. Our most recent visit was absolutely magnificent. They haven't lost any steps in terms of quality food, service, and atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to engage with. We will be going back much sooner this time.

We regularly go to this location, but I think last night was the last time we're willing to. It took two hours from start to finish and we were only offered meat a total of seven times, and half the time it was barely warm or cold due to how long it took to get to our table. There were only three people, two most of the time that were walking around with the different meats and it seemed they were so understaffed that they couldn't even come by to refill water. This was for my son's birthday, and it was a pretty big letdown, and there was no apology or compensation even offered at the end.

The evening started out fine but after requesting the prime rib and shrimp neither were brought to the table! After a few meat offerings we didn't see the servers for about 10 minutes even though we had the green table signal up! We asked a second time for the prime rib and finally got a piece! It was almost all fat and I had to spit it out it was so bad! Last time we ever go to this place

Great dinner with my wife on Valentine's Day, had a late reservation but they continued to bring out different kinds of meats til we were finished eating it was a really good time.

Great job cooking the meats. They were moist and keep them coming. Went for Valentine's Day a the desert bar was cute.

It wasn't a pleasant experience on that day. I am a regular customer go there often. Very disappointed for the price is paid on that day.

Honestly I've been going to rodizio since I was a child and I have always loved it. I was very disappointed going there for my Valentine's Day dinner. Not only was it $64 per person but the gratuity was not included, we were sat all the way in the back, the restaurant was dark and poorly lit. I asked for a medium steak multiple times and each piece came by bloody and not on par with the meat I've had before. The server made it seem that the dessert options were free but didn't clarify that it was only the dessert at the salad bar. Honestly the only good experience I had there was one of the meat servers Pedro. He saw how frustrated I was and made sure to accommodate to my needs and made the experience tolerable. I got a gift card for a free dinner there and honestly I don't think I will use it. As well as there were multiple people in the restaurant not within dress code guidelines, wearing chains, graphic tees, shorts, which made the restaurant feel like an Applebees. Since being a lifetime customer of rodizio I think after this experience I would rather choose fogo de chão or Texas de Brazil. Rodizio has gone down in quality of food and service over the years and they have lost my business. Do not dine there, choose another Brazilian steakhouse and I should know I am Brazilian.

My dad and I have been here a couple of times, but to be completely honest, the quality of the meat here feels very low. Our favorite cut is picanha, and it's the one I like least here. I think it's overpriced for what it is. I would recommend coming just once to try it.
Apart from the food, the service is excellent; we have always had very attentive and friendly waiters.

My wife and I visited on a Saturday night and were surprised that the restaurant was not overly busy. It was steady, but there appeared to be a large number of staff on the floor, many of whom were gathered and talking with each other.

During our hour and a half visit, we were only checked on once or twice, which was disappointing. Everyone we interacted with was polite, respectful, and professional, so the issue was not with attitude, but rather with attentiveness and overall service flow.

There also did not seem to be much active serving taking place for most of the evening. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting while multiple staff members were present but not circulating regularly.

One staff member who did stand out was Jesus. He was consistently active, attentive, and polite, and appeared to be one of the few servers actively bringing meat to guests. His professionalism and effort were noticeable and appreciated.

Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were kind, but the level of attentiveness and service did not match expectations for this type of dining experience.

I'd give more stars if I could! We had a wonderful experience. Our server, Michael, was great. The manager, Jerry, came around and asked how everything was and even gave us a great drink recommendation (Batida-we loved it!). Great atmosphere, amazing food, happy and friendly staff. We will be having many more date nights here!

EXCELLENT service.
The kitchen was working very well even though it was after lunchtime, not a full dining room and an overall slow day. We were very pleased with everything.

I tried out the Denver location with some friends. I had never been to this establishment and was genuinely curious. Finding it took a minute and finding parking took longer. The dining area looked inviting. We waited about 5 minutes for a host to get seated. It was a bit loud so if you're looking for a place to talk, this isn't it unless you plan to talk loudly. The server was hardly ever at the table. When she did show, she complained how busy they were and what she couldn't do. I settled for the salad bar and an iced tea. I have to say, it's extremely overpriced for a salad bar. They did have hot items but they were greasy and not very appetizing. There were some things that suprised me. The server only filled my iced tea once, and I had to serve myself at the salad bar. She did nothing but bring me an iced tea. On top of that, we found with 6 people they had the nerve to slap us each with an automatic 20% gratuity. We only saw her 3 or 4 times, and the only thing she did was bring me a $4.50 iced tea. The forced gratuity cost more than the iced tea. I don't mind giving a gratuity for good service, but she didn't do anything but bring one iced tea! We were so disappointed. The food was not at all what we expected and the service was terrible. The last time we saw her was when she dropped off our bills. We never got to ask anything, she just left. Needless to say, we are never going there again. Never. My friend and I called to speak with a manager this evening. The first time, the recording said their voicemail was full and couldn't take messages and it hung up on us. The second time we called, the female manager on duty just now, told me it's on their sign so they have the right to do the auto gratuity no matter what we order. If it's 6 people or more we should have read the fine print. No apology for the service, food, empathy or anything. Denver is well known for it's excellent restaurants and atmosphere but this place doesn't deserve a spot with that elite group. Get out of Denver or step up your game, Rodizio.

Rodizio Grill in Denver was such a treat. The food was fantastic 🍽️, and the service was genuinely outstanding - everyone was so warm and welcoming. And the Torta Brigadeiro? Absolutely incredible. It’s gluten‑free, unbelievably rich, and deeply chocolatey 🍫✨. A perfect ending to a great meal.
