It’s extremely weak that everyone has to order the most expensive option. I haven’t eaten beef in 30 years but sure, charge me for the waygu even though I only had chicken and veggies. Excluded the forced $10 from the tip at the end. Change your policy!

Line was way too long for how generic the sushi was. The staff wasn’t very helpful in navigating the menu/restaurant. The hot pot was great! The sushi conveyor belt was interesting.

Chubby Cattle in downtown Denver offers a lively mix of hot pot and sushi. The conveyor-style sushi adds a playful, interactive touch that makes the meal feel special. The hot pot selections are plentiful and tasty, though not overly bold. The restaurant itself is a bit compact, and finding a spot to park can be challenging, but the overall experience is enjoyable and worth checking out.

This is a good one time thing. Service was ok. I’m a slow eater so a time limit is kind of stressful if I can’t have leftovers. It’s fun but for 40$ a person I could think of tons of better food experiences I’d rather have.

Delicious and high quality for all you can eat!

Bring an appetite. If you can get by the first course of things included enough to order more.. all the power to you. they give you plenty of food at sitting down to stuff you. the sushi rolls are huge for one person. the hot pot, well, you take some of everything and before you know it, you've over stuffed your first serving. my hot plate was crooked and it kept spilling out, so that wasn't fun. they should fix that. the flies in the place are fun either. they really try to kill them, but they're everywhere which tells me something else about the kitchen (of you know, you know). otherwise though, the meal was decent. the nickel/dime of $5 for a take home even when you didn't order past the first serving was annoying. Watch you bill.. $3 for a can of soda... things add up quick. we had the tonkotsu and miso broths. both were good. they do a good job of watching out for your dietary restrictions (GF in our case). I'd come back, but I'd operate differently, avoiding fillers like noodles and rice. the conveyor belt is cool if you have room. Also, the 90 mins goes by fast.. cook and eat fast. be efficient.

Love this place! It’s one of the many gems on South Broadway, offering delicious all you can eat options for a reasonable price. You can also join the waitlist online. Great dinner for a small group.

It s an experience! Always busy, in a small area. You can have them text you when a table is ready. All you can eat, so you dont leave hungry.

Dont mind the carpet on the seats, Just go, dont wait for a special occasion. The special occasion you're looking for is your hungry belly. Seriously the best sushi in town...(all you can or otherwise) hot pot also top notch. The Korean bbq... not worth the extra money. With all 3 way too much going on on the table.
1. Great food
2. Huge sushi
3. Soda not free refills
4. Phone doesn't work for reservation
5. Not kid friendly
6. New location that Google leads you too is not correct. Up the street on the right is the open spot.
7. They include a 20% tip on groups of 5 or more then ask for additional tip. Don't expect them to earn it.
