Room for Friends ... a wine bar!

Fantastic, friendly, cozy little neighborhood wine bar. Happy that somewhere like this has come and joined the much needed food and beverage scene on Santa Fe!

Comfortable seating options, incredibly friendly staff that are happy you’re there and make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Great selection of wine with optional snacks. Highly recommend. We will be back!

A group of us decided to meet here on a whim. And we were not disappointed. They have a great happy hour! The food was excellent and the service top notch! Such a fun cozy vibe. Very accommodating to any size group, even a bar if you just wanted to stop in. We all were super impressed and will be adding this to our regular spots list.

I'm a big fan, so I read the (2) bad reviews out of curiosity. The genius of Room for Friends is that it's not a hip trendy wine bar. The food is midwestern home cooking, and it's the best you've had. The wine is world class and the owners' knowledge is expert level. The decor is comfy, quirky, and funny. Don't come here to entertain snobs. Come here to have an authentically wonderful time.

Absolute delight. Came here after seeing the rave reviews and was enchanted: the ambience is cozy and inviting, the prices are exceptionally fair, and when I asked for a staff-selected flight I was so impressed by the things I got to try and their explanations, including a very unique Pinotage! The staff made us feel like family even though it was our first time in, and I cannot wait to make this a regular spot for everything from solo reading/sketching to date nights, game nights, or group outings. Next time you’re looking for a wine bar, skip the uptight, overpriced spots and come to this place and feel like you’re home, cheez-its and all.

I honestly can’t believe I haven’t reviewed RFF until now. This is my most recommended spot in Denver because I love it so much. Heather, Michael, and their staff are all literally so awesome. This place is quirky and wonderful and all things you’d want in a little, local wine bar. The wine selection is fantastic, the food is more of a snacky vibe but still great, and the atmosphere and family-like welcome every time I enter make RFF my favorite place; plus, the location is cool! RFF quickly became a spot that I frequent, and I even rented out the entire bar for my birthday and have never had a better time! Heather and Michael offer karaoke and trivia on select nights, too, and they have games, an outdoor patio, and a life-size cutout of Buddy the Elf. What more could you ask for?! 10/10 will always recommend Room for Friends!! You won’t be disappointed if you stop by.

My wife and I just stopped in to Room For Friends on a partial whim and I am now disappointed in my prior self for not coming here sooner! It is cute, quaint, friendly, and homely. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and they have great selections and even better prices. One of the things that they pride themselves on is finding great wine for $15/glass or less! Happy hour from 5-7PM is a huge plus!

I was joking with my wife and telling her I wished they had Txakoli on the menu and then shared that with the owner… his response, ‘I’ll have some delivered in tomorrow’.

Family friendly, even for those of us with twin babies!

We just tried Room for Friends tonight and loved it! The owners were so kind and knowledgeable. The space was comfy and cute with plenty of room. When we arrived around 5 pm it was pretty empty and slowly started to fill - it was a lot busier by 7pm. It was an afternoon/evening well spent. We will be back!
