After reading so many great reviews about this place I was eager to take a first date here. However, I made the mistake of coming here on Santa Fe art districts First Fridays. We ordered the most expensive "meal" on the menu which was sliced meats, cheeses and crackers. We intended to dine in and order a couple of glasses of wine before walking the art scene. The cheese and meats were decent, but it was a very small portion and were served in a "to-go" container. Still being very hungry after the dish, we decided to skip the wine and wait in line for the food truck meals down the street. The atmosphere was nice and some of the seating looked very comfortable, so I'll probably give it a second chance on an off night and write another reviewParking: Good luck finding parking anywhere near here on a First Friday of the month

What a delightful discovery! Great service, tasty tapas, and a broad enough wine selection to offer variety and interest without being intimidating to a casual drinker. They even have some non alcoholic, beer, and seltzer options. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the local art for sale across the walls is true to the heart of the Santa Fe Art District.Wheelchair accessibility: Direct from sidewalk front entry, no steps. Low door threshold.

Everything about this place is top tier! Best Ranch West of the Mississippi (probably the East too!) read, study, socialize and even karaoke on Monday nights, this place has become a special spot for my boyfriend and I <3 shout out Heather and Michael y’all are great!

I live about a 1/2 a block away from this establishment. I didn't realize until being invited there that they had fabulous food and non-alcoholic wine and prosecco options. the food was fan tastic. and last night being a Monday they had karaoke. The decor reminds me of one of my favorite bars in New York City and the customer service is above and beyond.
I would recommend Room for Friends to anyone and everyone. The owners are not only great bartenders but people you want to be friends with. All the wine options are phenomenal and the food is a must try. I highly recommend trying the homemade ranch. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

We stopped here on31st for a beverage and a small munch. As a purist food critique, I was blown away by the crudite, sundried tomato hummus and ranch. The ranch (witch was provided without asking) was su surreal,, creamy, and light that me and the chef who accompanied me kept guessing and even researched on how that is possible. Entertaining artwork, great ambience. Definitely the place to chill at the art district .

I have been hear twice. Super nice owners and staff. I don’t know a lot about wine but the staff is so helpful and kind. They asked some questions and helped me pick the perfect wine for the day. They have happy hour with food and wine discounts. They have delicious light snacks. I love the atmosphere, it’s so casual and none pretentious. The thrifted mixed furniture style makes for a homey relaxed feel. The walls support local artists work which can be purchased if you fall in love with a piece.Kid-friendliness: Super nice staff, they are willing to help you select a wine and enjoy your stay.
